  was on the bus today and got into a discussion somehow with the driver and ok be ood his work colleagues about whether there's life in other planets, evolution and creation.

  the driver believes there must be other life out there, i agree with him that life can't be unique to this planet out of the billions that exist.

  his colleague who i think might be a jw by his attitude and reasoning skills thinks we're the only planet with life on it and it was made perfect and exact purposely for humans.

  I LOVE how the default position to my questions are often (we can not understand bla bla bla), but its NOT ok to say - we don't understand what caused the big bang, or the first instance of life completely.

  Religion is all bullshit and totally indefensible.
  Its always "I know you are but what am I"

  P.S. I dont need "Faith" to believe in Gravity, Electricity, X-Rays, Vaccines...

  Listen....

  If there was a Satan, a powerful and vastly old spirit creature, he would be amazingly smart, right?

  So when JC came to Earth, all Satan would have to do to Thwart gods plan was to PROTECT JC at every turn.

  If he kept him alive, there would have been NO sacrifice. God would have failed.

  So either this super powerful creature was really stupid, or its a made up story.

  Where did god come from?
  You have no issue not knowing that, but you have an issue with not knowing where the universe came from.

  god lives in Heaven with all his good peeps now, right?
  Did Heaven exist forever?
  Did god build heaven?
  If he did, why, was he unhappy?
  When did he build heaven?

  god made all the little angels.
  Why? Was he unhappy alone?
  If he was, how long did he wait to make them?
  Was he unhappy alone for a long time?
  Why did he wait so long to make them?

  god has been around forever?
  If he was, how did we ever get to now?
  If he was around for an eternity before us, how could we ever get to now?

  Dont say god made time, that is a silly answer.
  Was there a time before he made heaven?
  Was there time between making JC and the other angels?
  Was there a time between each angle being made?
  Was there time between the last angel and the universe being made?

  Realy take at least 10 minutes to get some facts and try an understand the basics with Evolution and the Big Bang - which by the way HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER!

  How many talks have you heard where the "elder" or in the WT says something like...
  "Everywhere science has looked, they have not found life."

  That's like going to the shore with a teaspoon, sticking it in the ocean, looking at it and saying - this planet must not have wales in it since I see none in this teaspoon.

  P.S. to what Cofty will say probably. The Earth is trying to kill us all the time. We would die of exposure or drowning on about 80% of the earths surface without some form of protection or shelter.
