I've been on this forum for over 20 years, many of us have and we know Russell's books are still in print and being sold by Bible Students groups. This has NOTHING to do with Watchtower.

oncebitten, you don't have to convince me about Watchtower's insane pyramidology period, I'm aware of it. All I'm questioning is your claim that Watchtower (via it's IBSA arm) is still selling Russell's publications.

IBSA in London still sells the writings of Charles Taze Russel; while the ET currently claims to reject his teachings as apostate

I don't understand how this monumental hypocrisy didn't destroy the organization when word got out.

Mikejw, there is no disaster coming to rural Buckinghamshire that justifies instilling this fear of catastrophe in an old lady.
She's at the point in her life when she just needs to relax, enjoy the grandchildren and great-grandchildren and be taken care of by her husband and family.
Of course she's being manipulated! These insidious tactics are used simply to engender loyalty and dependence on the cult. How can you not see that?
