  did you ever see this site: http://jehovah.to/index.htm .

  i find it pretty ironic that they did this website since they always said that they were not part of the world.

  also, it seem that now, it is not considered dangerous anymore to read something that wasn't write bye the watchtower.

  its so amazing and pathetic the lenghs the dubs go to tickle this girls ears about her cool site and pop idol interests.. .

  Reliable stats about the mormons???

  hi, i would like to find a website with the statistic of the growth within the mormons church.

  do they grow quicker than the jehovah witness?

  my guess is that they grow a little bit quicker but it would be fine to have some proofs of that.

  So, if I read correctly there are many others groups than the Jehovah Witness who can claim that they are the only one true religion, because they preach in almost every countries of the world??? Cool, that will be a good arguments, next time I'll see those members of the borg somewhere in my way.

  How Do YOU Help New Ones and Lurkers Here at JWD???

  i think we all share an obligation to help "newbies" and "lurkers" on this forum.one way i try to help is by asking questions that they might be more inclined to think about while in their position.

  do you post here with these new ones and lurkers in mind or do you primarily post to share association with friends that you already have?

  Disfellowshipped? I got a question

  if a person is disfellowshipped, can they talk to anyone in the congregation?

  and if not, what scripture says they (the disfellowshipped person) can not.

  and, has anyone ever heard that an elder or someone else suggest a disfellowshipped person wear a letter "d" (the scarlett letter) when they go to public functions like an assembly?

  sableindian: if you are disfellowshipped, that mean that you are not a jw anymore so, nobody can control you. You can do anything and you can talk to a jw too except that the jw are not supposed to talk to you. It can be pretty funny when you approach them and say hello to them because they won't know how to react in this situation hehe.
