  i started discovering the ttatt (the truth about the truth) last year after putting a few things together myself concerning the leadership and then doing some research online.. i really enjoyed jwfacts.com, jwsurvey, and others.

  We all have a limited time on this Earth and living a lie and the stress it can cause will no prolong this life, it actually can shorten it due to this stress.

  Do what you can to solve this problem in the least damaging way you can. When I saw you broke character I knew we were getting ready to hear some deep stuff. Just the pedophile stuff alone is damaging on so many levels.

  Could rebaptism present a loophole for exiting without being shunned?

  this is how i imagine it can work: the baptized jw first gets the elders to acknowledge in written form that his previous baptism was in fact null and void.

  * then later, coming close to baptism - preferably, the day of rebaptism - he changes his mind about being rebaptized (maybe he says no or remains silent when the questions are being asked, with this being video recorded).

  so legally, he never was a legitimately baptized jw and therefore should not be anounced as "bro.

  An elder writing you a letter stating that your previous baptism was null and void would be akin to a dealer at a table in Las Vegas telling you

  that the money you owe the Casino has been reduced to zero and you are now off the hook.

  where we send and receive our pm's.. sometimes, my mouse acts "shaky" and i have caught it just in time so i do not accidently, logout.. just a thought.. maybe i am the only one with a shaky mouse at times.. loislane.

  is this still the plan?.

  i'm interested in hearing from all on the forum where 'their' program will be broadcast.. our local kingdom hall will be live streaming the meeting.. .

  I hope no one at one of the Kingdom Halls that are a showing the Anal General Meeting unplugs the phone line test jack on the inside of the interface box. Or accidentally clips any of these wires as this could be the DSL line that feeds the video from the meeting.

  usa, arkansas | man fires gun at a group of jehovah's witnesses.

  centerton police arrested a man accused of firing close to 19 rounds at a group of jehovahs witnesses on saturday (sept. 28th).

  john baldwin, 35, bonded out on $50,000 sunday morning.. according to a probable cause affidavit, three jehovahs witnesses approached baldwin in his front yard at rainbow farm road and baldwin told them, get your (explicit) off my property, i moved out here to get away from people like you.. the report states the jehovahs witnesses apologized and as they were getting in their car one of them heard get me my 9.. baldwin admitted to firing a gun at three jehovahs witnesses when they drove away from his house, according to the report.. baldwin was booked into benton county jail on felony charges of aggravated assault.. several of baldwins neighbors said he moved to the neighborhood less than a month ago.. kristi tidwell who lives nearby said she was home when police arrived at her neighbors home.. my husband and i were working around the house, we had the blinds open in the back we saw probably seven or eight cop cars pulling in there, tidwell said.

  This alone would be good reason to stop taking your kids from door to door, real life people, wake up and do your best to prevent your loved ones, kids especially, from going to peoples doors.

  A possible scenario :The fall of the REAL BABYLON the GREAT

  we all know how heavily indoctrinated is the average jw .in fact there is nothing that will prove to him/her that the gb is not god's channel or is there ?.

  think about the following scenario that today seems possible and logical to happen in the near future : the watchtower is constantly telling us that in the future the start of the great tribulation will be the fall of babylon the great (that is the all false religion including so called christian denominations) then there will be an attack on god's people but what if the exact opposite is true ?.

  the scenario : due to upcoming court cases conscerning pedophilia and other scandals the society goes bust and shuts operations as a corporation worldwide... and then nothing happens .the life continues as usual ,babylon the great is still standing and all other religions continue operation as they had before .also all jehovah's witnesses remain unaffected by their goverments without persecution or other impliccations.what would that tell the average jw?

  my husband just gave me the latest km the novermber 2013 and it yet again has a question box on head coverings.. question box "should a female publisher wear a head covering if she is accompanied by a male pubisher at a doorstep bible study?".

  it says "when a female publisher conducts a reagular, scheduled bible study and a male kingdom publisher is present, she should wear a head covering.

  (1 cor 11: 3-10) the july 15 2002, issue of the watchtower page 27, explains: "this is a prearranged session of teaching where the one conducting the the study actually presides.

  Would a sister that wears a wig be compliant with the head covering requirement?

  A:

  While a wig or other hairpiece would normally be considered to be a "head covering" the mere fact that today's wigs are made to a level of quality that it would be hard to tell that it was not part of the sisters natural hair and thusly could not be used to show proper headship. The actual wearing of a material over the scalp of a sister is not the true reason for weariones head covering. Showing proper submission to Jehovah's sovereignty as represented by the male. (although not able to hold a coherent conversation about the bible is not the point) It could be hard for a interested person to recognize that the sister was showing proposer submission to the baptized male in close proximity Without first hand knowledge of the hairpiece.

  There would be one exception to this rule regarding the wig. If the sister is wearing a wig but cannot find any proper head covering to top out the wig, she can, in the presence of the interested person remove the wig entirely and the replace the wig so that the interested person has no doubt that the sister in question is wearing something over the scalp.
