  an annual meeting is a legal requirement for a corporation.. the watchtower annual meeting (agm) is a legal event that has become the biggest spiritual event of the year, overshadowing what is supposed to be the most important event, the memorial of christ's death.. praise be to the governing buddies who sit on the throne of christ..

  When the WTBTS offered to put up the entire "Patterson Complex" as collateral when they decided to appeal the Candice Conti verdict we could have had a

  great meeting place to do just that. The attorneys for Candice decided that this would only slow down final payment to Candice if and when the settlement is finalized.

  So instead of getting off the hook, the WTBTS has had to pay the, ( I beleive it is correct) 87,000 yearly bond premium to the insurance company to guarentee payment to Ms Conti.

  All found on court records if you care to verify.

  Standforpureworship,....How do you feel about the WTBTS offering up Patterson like that?

  if you have a smart phone where you can create a "hotspot" where others can log onto your device to gain wifi access via your 4g or lte connection.

  then you might want to name your hotspot session on your device "jwfacts.com" for all to see.

  they probably won't log on to your device, and if so, they could not see anything anyways, but it would give them a chance to see that url that has been so important in getting people out of this cult.. .

  Just looked at my phone to see what the proces is, if it is an Iphone you will need to go into settings, general, about and then name, to rename your device which is as easy as typing jwfacts.com

  Then go to settings , cellular and personal hotspot to turn it on. The create a password for that hotspot so that someone cant actually use your connection.

  first 30 min announcing a collection of bibles collected from r & f that is to go on display at bethel.

  also accounts of how they "miraculously" received bibles that they didn't think they could get - eg.

  geneva bible.. now - watchtower study review as there is no meeting tomorrow..

  Please check out this thread on how to do this via smartphone, Of course you can record it, and that would be great actually but be sure that you can hold that much info. IRecorder is a great app for the iphone, not sure about a android app.

  to the women out there that have been honoured with an invitation this is the question they ask themself.. .

  i am going to admit one of the reasons i enjoyed the meetings was getting to dress up.

  how many women out there found the meetings an excuse to dress up.

  It's gonna the the JW Easter equivilant in the near future.

  When Memorial would roll around and all the JWs, (sisters mostly) would have on the new dresses and some hats etc, I was like "Get real people, you know your trying to do the JW Easter here, WTF" I did not say that outloud though.

  Sealed envelope is probably offer for time share in Warwick.

  You know how when you go on vacation there is always that offer to sit through a short meeting usually for some type of time share offering? You have to spend x number of hours of selling before you can get those discount tickets to whatever show or trip you were intersted in.

  Does this AGM sound like it is much different than one of those time share meetings? lol

  I had mentioned before on here or on Jehovahswitnessrecovery.com that it would not be that hard. Get a Ustream.tv account and use their free 30 trial.

  I just noticed that the Free Account (basic) only hold 10 gigabytes of info, not sure if this would be enough. If not then it would cost 99 bucks for the next level up.

  I hope someone can pull this off as all you would do is create an account, install app on iphone or other device, share the link to the "room" that the streaming will be pointefd, log into the account on device and select that "room" and hit record, then drop device into pocket while earbuds are hanging out to get better audio if possible.

  I would suggest that if you are going to do this, to play around with the recording of the audio in the pocket and moving around etc to see how much noise (rustling, scratchy etc) the device captures to see how to alleviate some of that.

  I did see a post somewhere that mentioened that at least one KH was going to allow the infirmed to dial in like they normally do on a Sunday.

  So if you have a dial in code etc, maybe you could record it via phone line.
