I would make copies of the info regarding travel restrictions, danger etc and put the local body, WTBTS on notice with registered letters ( so they have to sign for them) stating that

they are endangering one of your family members and that if and when anything happens to them there will be consequences.

Could not hurt, am not sure if you are still under the radar.

for me it was putting in the fm at the assemblies, now i could listen to interesting things like the cricket, footy, fishing, news, even music [if i kept the volume down] without looking suspicious, instead of all that..... sure you know the story.

They changed the meaning of the word "Generation" in 2010,..

This gave me the foothold to dig in and do some research that has now "saved" my 2 chidlren, wife and myself from this destructive, high control group.

A: I would be wondering how someone could really think that it works, I guess it does work, it works on the mind of the ones praying and the ones hearing the prayer. It makes them feel inferior as a human and that they are imperfect creatures needing redemption from a sinful life. But as far as a omnipotent being hearing and filing your prayer away, naahhh!

I think that it is just a way to control people from afar 24/7

Finished Mystery (1917)... The book that Jesus approved...

so a few months ago, a friend sent me an actual copy of finished mystery which was published in 1917 (not a pdf download... the actual book).

i must say, this was the most disturbing book i have ever had the displeasure of reading.

but i only read it because this was the main publication that was being distributed worldwide when jesus supposedly chose the watchtower in 1918 and i basically wanted to see for myself what jesus saw in the wt that would compel him to choose this religious corporation over all other religious denominations.. anyway, if anyone is interested in knowing the actual contents of this book, here are some bullet points i put together from some of the notes i took as i read the book:.

(but he didn't say "could be" or "might be"... he said that they are military satellites... mainly)

The Tower of Babel - Languages: Isn't this story unhinged?

besides the obvious fact that it is historically ridiculous - can anybody make any sense out of this story?.

god was somehow afraid that man was developing too much technology?

And remember that God wanted to prove to Man that he could not rule himself successfully so he decided to let Man give it a run to prove a point. We know that he could have started over with a new pair of Humans but the Angels were looking down and they would also wonder "Could Man have ruled himself successfully?"

So God let's Adam and Eve make a go at it and then when he sees that they may actually be progressing he decides to tamper with the experiment and throws a monkey wrench into it and derails man from progressing.

Now tell me how this is allowing man to rule himself?

Changed my Last Will and Testament

i had to change my will and insurance policy and remove my relative who is still a witnesses as a beneficiary of my life insurance policy and exclude them from receiving any of my assets.

i hated to do it but i did not want them giving any of my money to the wts if i pass away.

i know if i left them anything they would look at it as a 'blessing from jehovah' and would definitely take any monies i left them and put some of it in the contribution box.

This reminds me of a thought I had in the past regarding a similar thing and that would be creating a Video of yourself explaining things about your beliefs, things to your young chidlren about the WTBTS in the case that you are not fully out and or they are too young to understand info about the WTBTS.

Any ideas as who you would leave your chidlren to instead of JW family in case of parental death?

This concerns me as I do not have any family that are non JW that would be able to take my pre teen chidlren.

Wondering what ex JW do in that matter.
