I have an idea for an app,.. or maybe the WTBTS can include on their app.
It's a list for Jws of all their contacts of JWs they know. It will allow you to designate a condition for the person.

boy oh boy did i feel paranoid at today's wt.
not only are we to watch our associations outside of the congregation, but also watch our associations 'within' the congregation.
this was emphasised by the wt study conductor.

there pertinent stuff starts at 11:30 minute mark.
it says in the video that this guy is an elder neighbor and has been shooting his chickens and also possible killing the plants in his garden.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qbgyjdy7da?t=11m29s.
Wait,.. what?
The elder was breaking the photo beam which sounded an alarm tone in the guys house, over and over and over. The last video of him shows that he himself realized that he was "caught on camera" as he never continued doing it afterward.
This is an ELDER harassing a EXJW by continually tripping his driveway sensor. Yes the guy has some freaky hair and bible ideas but this does not give the ELDER the right to annoy the home owner.
If you look in one of the videos you can see the driveway sensor attached to the 2nd wooden support post. The ELDER is waving his arm/hand through this beam that shoots to the other side of the opening.

there were always all types of speakers in the org.
myself, growing up a "witness", must have heard all types of talks, and given by all manner of speakers, especially on sundays, when almost every week we would get a "visiting" brother giving the public talk.. sometimes, you would have a "great" speaker, all fluent and animated.
other times we would get a comical speaker, one who would maybe purposelly get a few laughs outta the audience.
A brother had asked and was marrying a very young sister in the hall and when the wedding talk was giving the brother giving the talk read a scripture where it says "Let the stealer steal no more" He meant to read from another chapter and made a mistake. But this one was more appropriate.
Once a brother was giving a talk about cleanliness and created an illustration about a clean bathtub of water. Then he said if your wife gets into it while she is on her menstrual cycle would you drink the water afterward?
Cricket, cricket, cricket,...

Heard that a elder once mentioned that man was so smart that he can send a spaceship to the moon and never hit a star.
Had a family in a hall with the last name Cummings. They were a fairly short family and after one prayer at the meeting the kids asked their mom "Why did he ask forgiveness for our "Short Cummings"?"

years ago i remember there being a number of sites with pretty extensive archives of watchtower publications online.
can anyone direct me to the best current site for this material?
in particular i am looking for a booklet from 1898 called "the bible vs. the theory of evolution".
Also archive.org might have some other scans of the WTBTS literature.

every flea market i go to a group of idiots sits under a tent top with a few mags on display with a cup of coffee playing on a phone with as much interest in pushing the cult as a teenage girl at the check out line has in bagging your groceries.
when i was in the cult we had to work for our time.
now its like sitting at the coffee shop bsing with the other cult idiots counting time for your pioneer status.
Get a small group of about 3 people and rotate them to the booth and ask questions just enough to get them out of their seat. Then then them and when they sit down again have another roll up and ask to be helped.

a vomit inducing comment.. i asked why do they have to specify 'meetings'?
they never miss us in tesco or the showcase cinema bar.. in their defence, a friend of mine said: 'that's because the meeting is where they normally would see you.'.
well, if they want to see you they can arrange a meal out or something.
I had one sincerely tell me, "We miss seeing you,.." I replied, "I have some pics of me on Facebook"

here is an idea i tested.
works at both assemblies and conventions.
i have noticed at the last convention and at my last assembly that when i opened up my wifi setting, tons of hotspots came up for people tethering their tablets to their smart phones.
This idea would require a pirate box to allow some actual data to be looked at.
I think the proper way to work this is to get some JW significant info into the hands of those lurking. Name the hotspot as something inviting like. "SpecialPioneer FAQ List" or "Warwick Outline" or "Elders Manual", Ministerial Training Manual, 2016 RC outline" etc etc you get the point.
Then put in a little teasers where its written from the perspective of the WTBTS where they are asked a question about things like 607, UN/NGO, etc and they give a factual answer.
Also can put up the entire JWFACTS.com site if its not too big data wise.

When setting it up make it where a password is required them they can't get in. Make it something know one will know, like 1884
