  A letter to the main administration.

  i want to send a letter to the main office with the questions.

  for example, ask a question about the rolex watch from hert.

  about unfulfilled prophecies and so on.

  When I was young and brainwashed, I had questions. I asked them all the while assuming I was just missing something obvious that everyone else hadnt. Maybe we left early one night? I missed some key learning in 3rd grade math when we moved school districts. Maybe something similar happened when we went camping or to the fair.

  I figured it was the truth and I was ignorant. That wasn't the case, but so many JWs seem to think it's not an issue with the organization's teaching, but with them. There will never be any substantive response from them, so the only problem is that you aren't as stupid( or gullible) as the WT wants you to believe.

  yep, taps out, throws in the towel, waves the white flag!

  in today's watchtower it basically said don't expect any results due to widespread apathy and opposition.

  but you can still bear fruit just by going through the motions of being regular in field service.

  during her second marriage, i attended the weekly meeting and sunday meetings (by my own choice) with a family in the very small town we lived, since my mom didn’t attend.

  Literature cart preaching outside a hospital

  here is one thing that really annoys me.. i live opposite a large hospital.

  there is a pedestrian crossing connecting the hospital to the other side of the road.

  it is at the end of the crossing that the dubs have their literature cart.

  Have you ever talked to the JWs parked out there and told them that preying like vultures on a vulnerable population is unconscionable?

  maybe that's too many syllables. Ever tell them that they are asshats for going after sad or ill people?

  they are low class. They know it even with their superiority complex.

  i dressed up in a hoodie, double layer so that the cameras at the kingdom hall couldn't recognize me.

  i looked in the mirror up and down so i knew that the cameras, at least at the angle that i knew couldn't see my face.

  i took this disassociation letter, stuck it in the envelope, labeled it, "(congregation's name...boe" by hand and sealed it.

  Prudent and discreet? They are so prudent that they refuse to comply with societal and ethical norms, they can't keep their membership and they have spent hundreds of millions of dollars building a showplace in the middle of a resort area. You could find a long list of impudent deeds, and their lack of transparency is NOT the same as discretion.

  People with power have always done their best to keep their indiscretions to themselves, rather than parading their crazy on the front porch. That discretion has bitten the butt of various churches, ministries and governments recently. Including theirs. It seems that the leaking just keeps along at a steady drip until it reaches a tipping point where no one can claim to be ignorant of the real issues.

  Right now JWs have to keep their heads firmly up their butts to ignore the truth of it. Or they become accomplices and enablers.

  i stumbled upon this charitable status page for canada and thought that i would look for the watchtower society of canada.

  as they say the report is incomplete because it lacks the normal auditors process details.

  but donations received $64.4 canadian dollars!
