Advance Health Care Directive dpa-E Us PDF?

a friend of mine, active jw, is about to go to the states and needs an english ahcd document.

can any of you provide me a scan of the latest revision of the us edition of it?

i found an australian version that pretty much resembles the current romanian revision used here (nov. 2004), but i'm not sure it's accurate according to us laws and/or the us version of the form.

In the U.S. there are different versions depending on which of the States you live in since there's State laws that concern these and there isn't a federal law commanding them. So the wording may change in a form from down South or from Out West to the one used in New England, and even within regions, the one from Massachusetts may resemble one from another State in another region more than in a neighboring State. Maybe this will change with new federal regulations on health care, but as of yet, that's what I understand the situation to be in the U.S.

the clouds were truly parted and i could see it for what it was when they were ejected for nothing but trying to ask for biblical reform.. .

To me this part of the WTS history is very interesting, and I feel it still suffers from a Governing Body black out about the events that took place.

Supposedly, as the rumor went, at that time a whole Spanish speaking congregation partook of the emblems when Ray Franz gave the talk. This was never the case but the rumor wouldn't die.

Kuilian and Sanchez's were the ones under a lot of pressure to confess and turn more people in. You can listen to their experience online too. I'll post the link when I get a chance to find it again.

Any advice on how to stop attending meetings without being hounded?

it seems many are attending without wanting to be there at all.. what suggestions can we offer?.

Must be new light that makes them do a 180 on the idea that more publishers requires more buildings all over the world. The way they've been closing branches and merging congregations so they can sell off Kingdom Halls, clearly manifests that the Governing Body has gotten a flash of new light these latter days. Perhaps it's the glinting filthy lucre they've found out they can accumulate by cashing in properties that the rank and file paid for out of their meager living.

yes, the "black mamba" and no, not kobe bryant, but the most poisonous snake known to man.. there was a big roar of laughter from some in the audience.. .

and who are just like a "Black Mamba" snake, with their "forked black tongue of poison" dealing a rabid death to the unwary and those that get too close.

This Black Mamba snake is known for "striking repeatedly at its victim" which is like "Satan who doesn't give up and tries different ways to poison his victims"...

Black Mamba is even a drug that some young people use nowadays... and have suffered endangering their lives...

Another Patterson Bethel speaker didn't quite have all his notes in order. Made a mess of his "special Saturday talk" and fumbled the illustration.

Despite the lacking Kobe Bryant reference, this illustration ignited uproarious laughter, at which the speaker seemed perplexed.

This other speaker went on to highlight the dangers for those who venture out into the jungles of worldliness of this wicked system.

The dangers for those who are enticed, mesmerized and fall prey to this wickedly deprived world, full of violence, drugs and fornication.
Are "we" surprised that most people fall out of the "Truth" because of fornication?
