  Can’t even stomach the whole video. Seems to me that the music the cult is producing these days is as much garbage as their literature.

  What ever happened to those old catchy Kingdumb songs of old? Many of them were good.

  so i just finished watching the latest cedars video on spanking children.

  i like lloyd, and think that overall he does a good job covering issues in his videos.

  but i've gotta disagree with him on this issue, to a point.. i don't agree with beating your children, but i do believe in spanking, when appropriate.

  My mom used a riding crop. My dad just had to show me his hand. I swear it was the size of a fry pan. 😱

  Honestly I couldn’t see spanking my kid. We do tap her hand when she throws food but usually that’s only when we have told her repeatedly not to throw. We don’t go for pain though, just a tap and a “no no”.

  Shes our first so we are still learning.

  this is simply disturbing and infuriating!.

  the may 2019 wt has defiantly and arrogantly been released by the gb, and it is full of their disgusting excuses for not complying with authorities!.

  (i have seen and read all the articles, but cant work out how to upload a link here - perhaps someone can assist?).

  hello everyone i just wanted to give a quick life update as it is three years since being out of the cult.

  i’ll never forget missing our first memorial back in 2017 as it etched in our minds that we were never going back to watchtower.

  these last years have been amazing especially since izabella has been home with us.

  Machining is doing great Introvert! We have been stead busy for awhile. I was on lathe but now I’m supervising the grinding area and running the three EDM wire machines. Life at work is good. Company had a record quarter so boss was happy!

  Hello everyone I just wanted to give a quick life update as it is three years since being out of the cult. I’ll never forget missing our first Memorial back in 2017 as it etched in our minds that we were never going back to Watchtower.

  These last years have been amazing especially since Izabella has been home with us. She’s almost 22 months old and she is doing amazing!!

  She’s walking and saying a couple of words. What’s amazing is we will show her a toy or an item and then ask her to get it and she will. So she understands a lot more words than she can say. She’s also in school two days a week with a head start program and that is doing wonders for her development.

  Can’t tell you how lucky we are to have this little one with us.

  Anyways at this point in time my wife is pregnant again with a boy and he’s doing well. She’s 22 weeks along and so far he’s been keeping up. So at 36 weeks my wife will have a c-section if all goes well.

  I also finally made a YouTube video of our exit. It’s quite long but if you’re interested I’ll leave the link.

  If it wasn’t for this community we would not be were we are at now so I humbly thank each one of you for your input and your dedication to truth.

  Oh by the way, 3 memorial invites in one day? Not sure what that was all about and on the day of??? Strange.

  yes, my keurig bit the dust after 14 years.

  i want one just like it but that models not available.

  it was only capable of a single cup, from 8 ounces to 12 ounces.

  Hamilton Beach Flexbrew. Now I’ve only had it for a year but it’s been fantastic! It does not hold water however so it needs to be filled for each use but you control the amount of water. Also has a pot option and strong brew for each the single serve and pot coffee.

  You can try a lot sell on eBay but the shipping would be killer. I’d imagine they would fit perfectly in a large dumpster somewhere. That’s what I did with mine.

  i sneakily read his books at work.

  it was written in such a way that no one could accuse him of being another bitter old apostate.. once it registered in my brain, especially after reading the second book, i knew i had to get out!.

  Reading CoC helped me escape mentally without feeling the guilt. It was a blessing. Without it I may not have been able to leave with such a carefree attitude.

  My father-in-law is her overseer and I had to let him and my Mother-in-law know what was going on with her because she called and said some nasty things to them recently. I guess mom wanted to do phone territory but wouldn’t meet with her congregation. She asked for some territory and he said no and she got pissed.

  Anyhoo they were over recently to see the little one and they asked if mom was ok and I let them know the whole deal with her. They hardly have had contact with her since the wife and I married 20 years ago. The family dynamic is strange.

  So the short answer is yes, the elders know that she’s a lying druggie. Not sure if they will do anything about it. Probably not.
