I also would not wish the watchtower society The Best of Luck or any other such phrase.
I love the brochure, and all of what this stands for. Wonderful.

where does god belief come from?
please i need constructive opinions..
Our life force has to have come from somewhere. No one can duplicate it. Spirits exist. They are a part of us and they exist outside of us.
for one reason and another i've noticed recently that jw's just have to be in the right about everything.
not just their religon, they have to be in the know and correct about everything.
cannot bear to be told they are wrong.. i reckon its that jw superiority complex " i'm right and if you don't agree well god will shortly kill you and i'l get your house!".
I was most certainly that way as a JW. Becoming a Christian has been very humbling.
Psalm 73:22 I was so foolish and ignorant—
I must have seemed like a senseless animal to you.
for those of us who must walk by sight (for now), there is nothing wrong with using the bible to help learn about christ and god... as long as ... you look to christ first and foremost and over anything else.
otherwise, i do not see the point in saying you follow christ or you are a christian.
he is the truth.
I agree with all of that PSacramento.

Dear Michelle, I feel that as a witness for Jesus I point the way to Christ. After one has received Christ, they have a personal relationship with him, so I have no need to teach them anything.

recently barbara posted the update on the unthank case and mentioned that more would be revealed soon on the real identity of the faithful slave.. has it been revealed yet?
have i missed it?.
been looking, hoping!.
Thanks N.Drew. I think I am doing it right.
Yeah, it is hard to identify a mythical group of people, but I am hoping the court can shed some "new light" on the matter.

Finally! I spent all morning searching for this thread.
I am looking forward to getting some answers.
Love to you and yours, SOG
has there been any publications by the wb&ts regarding jw's that have not been attending meetings?.
i recall a thread but can't seem to find it.. thanks in advance.. .
You are all wicked Apostates!!!
I think Iamwhoiam has highlighted a very pertinent point re. the footnote.
The WT has a long history of introducing "New Light" and new procedure in an underhand way.
They will introduce an idea in a footnote, or a small insignificant article, the ones no one reads, and eventually it becomes doctine or recognized procedure, anyone who questions it is then made to feel small and guilty for not having "kept up with God's chariot" as some smart -ass C.O points out the article, by then 18 months old at least.
Just wait for "clarification" that any who leave the WT are Apostate by definition, i.e "Abandonment"
The WT will then not have to spell out to the R&F how to treat those of us who have faded, they will take it upon themselves, "Apostates" have already been demonized by the W.T, now they just need to make it clear that the label applies to faders.
Watch for the articles, coming soon to a study edition near you !
i put on my blog recently an article reviewing the evidence regarding whether the star of bethlehem was guided by god or satan.
as we are well aware, this is a "pet point" of the witnesses and assists the wt viewpoint with regard to christmas and all things "pagan".. .

I found this article a while ago and posted a link to it on another site. Thank you for providing this information. It means a lot to me when I find something that backs up Christianity instead of the JW view.
