by freemindfade inpeople have varied and strong feelings about politics and wars, but you can't deny the courage a sacrifice of our veterans.
too often they do not get the honor they deserve.
in this country once they come home their sacrifice and heroism is too quickly forgotten.

I have no idea. Maybe it was my videos making fun of Lett. Maybe the video showing the famous 1969 Awake article about not ever fulfilling a career in this system was too much CD for him to handle.

i have never but here's two i've thought of, 1) replace the liquid soap with glue 2) smear nutella everywhere in the bathroom!.

There was this one Uber Pioneer sister that I couldn't stand and after repeatedly being counseled by the elders for her long, 2 minute+ comments, she kept on pulling that sh!t.
So, one day, while running the sound mixer, I decided to cut the sound on her comments after 30 seconds. I pretended to scramble around, trying to figure out what went wrong with the sound...scratched my head and shrug my shoulders. Then, the next comment she gave, she was going long again, and I did the same thing.
My dad talked to me afterwards, while stifling a laugh.

Cappytan. I thought it was actually common knowledge that CTR was a Freemason? Isn't there a pyramid dedicated to him in a Pennsylvanian cemetery? How can it be conspiracy theory when it's staring you right in the face?
I'm not saying he wasn't, it's just that Freemason conspiracy theories have a bad reputation for being false, sensational and over the top. Like I said, the layperson lumps all of them together, and you end up looking like an Alex Jones type, whether you have a legitimate point or not.

There are plenty of points to discredit Jehovah's Witnesses than bringing up the possibility that their founder may have been a freemason.

A question about fading....
by Tornintwo ini understand that many on this forum are undertaking a slow fade, over months, years even.. can i ask what is the benefit of that instead of a fast fade?.
as i understand it, the elders only have to deal judicially with people who are still active witnesses, known in the community as witnesses, having contact and influence with witnesses etc.
so surely the sooner you stop attending meetings the better.

You've got it right on the family relations part. That's the reason for a slow fade. Ease into it.
My fade ended up being fast. It was hurried along by some determined work in applying to jobs out of state. When I got one that was acceptable, we moved and immediately completely faded...we haven't even moved our cards yet...I don't know if we ever will. Family are clueless, or if they do have a clue, they don't let on.
Eventually, though, I know the question will come up. At this point, I'm ready to just be straightforward and blunt with them.

I think as a united apostate brotherhood, we need to shut the hell up about the Freemason stuff...makes us sound like Alex Jones and Infowars.
