The currently missing 'Titan' submarine. What do you think?

any opinions are just speculation, but my guess, being morbid, is that there was not a hull breach and implosion (although that would have been the most merciful fate for them), but instead the amateur level of building this thing meant that it lost power and communication and got itself tangled in the titanic's wreckage or is sitting on the actual seabed with no way to release ballast to resurface.

Not only the number of people, but the amount of food and beverages ("sandwiches and water") plus the very small restroom facilities are not conducive for even the short-term ("6 to 8-hour tour") ride to the R.M.S. I betcha this whole arrangement in very close quarters adds to the full uncomfortability in addition to the very little oxygen (which is now harder to maintain) they have to use within this extremely dire situation! 😖😫

It's almost as if these people have a FASCINATION with those things/places (Titanic, Everest, Outer Space, etc.) and would like to "be in the thick" of it. So, they have used their resources (money, connections, time, etc.) to make their endeavors---probably not thinking about the risks to life and/or limb! 😖

Regional Convention Attendance

elder friend of mine texted me asking what my rc attendance was 2 weeks ago (family and i streamed it since wife is not well).

he told me that his rc in the jersey city assembly hall last weekend was low.

co told them that around 2600 were the total from 16+ congs that were assigned.

The same way the ''supplied lunches'' went by the wayside. You have to bring your own lunch. The Borg realizing this was more inconvenient and cumbersome having to bring one's own lunch.

In reference to the above factor and the hardships of traveling long distances, WT doesn't really GIVE A DAMN about the inconveniences all of this has caused and is still causing its members. It's as if they WANT TO SEE THEM SUFFER. Hopefully, because of this SELFISH/HATEFUL MINDSET, many will start using some CRITICAL THINKING skills, discover TTATT and LEAVE LIKE HELL!

i am starting a new topic since this blog entry is about something different.. i have posted before about my recent split with the jws.

no exit comes out of nowhere and there were seeds planted long before this.

i have never enjoyed field service.

CONGRATULATIONS on and for your decision to leave off this "privilege of service"! I can concur with all of the other posters when they say that they HATE field circus. I can agree, not only because of annoying people--especially if these persons are not interested in this organization's rhetoric-propaganda--but also the MONSTER DOGS, who are trained to attack anyone who they deem is a threat to their owners. WT, for decades, didn't and still doesn't GIVE A DAMN about the wellbeing and safety of their members. In actuality, D2D is not a "soundness of mind" activity, anyways! 🤦‍♀️

@XBEHERE=> So, this RC can be streamed? The reason for my asking is that one of my now PIMQ relatives' who elduhs in her cong strongly advised the dubs that they MUST attend IN PERSON, regardless of their own personal situations/circumstances; no ZOOM provisions will be made.

If you have the streaming info, could you please share it? I would appreciate it.

@ LongHairGirl=> I fully understand plus agree with what you said. At one time a few decades ago, WT remarked/ stated that their literature and teachings "are the BEST TYPE of EDUCATION on the face of the Earth". They were also saying this more than likely to DISCOURAGE their members from attending any type of college/university. Unfortunately, for the dubs who refuse to use any facet of CRITICAL THINKING, they would take this all as rote, not wanting to ask any questions, even if they have any doubts.

@ was a new boy=> Although he had these ailments, he still continued to rule WT with an IRON HAND--even doing whatever the hell he wanted to do during Prohibition (a cache' of booze to the nines!). Plus, his wish to form an UNHOLY alliance with Hitler was a shock to many who found out and had respect for him (because of his being the president of this organization during that time period). WELP!

Again, WT wants that $$$$$ so. damn. bad! During the pandemic, very little funds were given. So, they are trying to CONTROL AND FORCE the R&F to do what they want them to do, physical and financial conditions nevertheless!
