Secret Elders Book? Bwahahaha!

i remember a couple of decades ago when the internet was relatively young and the wt was at war with it, that they were battling to keep the pay attention book secret, commencing legal action against anyone who published it online (and of course, trying to out anyone who leaked it).

i think it was a norwegian skeptics organisation who had it available for download and dared the wt lawyers to come after them.. so i guess the new shepherd the flock book came out to try and put the genie back in the bottle and reassert some air of mystery and secrecy back into the equation.. so i typed jehovah's witnesses secret elder book into google.

colour me gobsmacked!

It is depressing a book to look through. All negative.

WT has been depressing and negative ever since RUTHERFORD took over! Both GBs and now specifically 2.0 (Lett/Splaine/Herd, etc.) have and are micromanaging the membership to the greater extent that if dubs were to breathe wrong, they can be counseled and excommunicated in a swiftness. This can be seen/proven via the WT studies plus the Broadcasts displayed on a weekly basis; and many followers are getting disenchanted/disappointed with what they are hearing and seeing in their individual Congs.

While there are members who are living on fixed incomes nearing the poverty level (i.e., trailer parks, very-low-income project buildings, to name a couple), ANTMO (defunct and all) with wifey is living still large and in charge via the help of WT along with his own nest-egg from his own family's fortunes. In spite of that, he is classified (under the cuff) as a FAITHFUL SERVANT; and the cultporation is going to continue to support him and his spouse whenever they need help, I betcha. Other R&F dubs will have to "hunk it and bunk it" (an old Southern saying/ expression) on their own! #SADAF!

I remember that this was "all the rage" for the JWs as far back as the 1950s and 1960s. WT served HOT breakfasts, lunches plus dinners with utensils and napkins included with every meal. Then later were the foodstuffs (FROZEN puddings, hoagies, SHASTA sodas, cheese danishes, ice cream floats, hamburgers, and oh sooo much more) that a majority FONDLY remembers--until 1995, when that arrangement was KILLED by the incoming GB2.0. So. as a result, the membership along with invited outside visitors had to: B.Y.O.G. it [Bring. Your. Own. Grub.].

Again (and I'll comment ad nauseam), I believe IMPHO that WT wants to see people INCONVENIENCED! Funds and finances-- FRICKIN' PHOOEY! This cultporation almost noticed that lots of attendees were sleeping after these DELISH meals and couldn't stay awake long enough to get SUBLIMINALLY INFLUENCED via the rhetorical propaganda they spew out regularly!

then one talk about kids of baptised jws hope they will make it but even them don’t know.

most jws probably think that some good people who are not baptised may make it through, but this is not official teaching?.

Almost over 25 to 30 years ago, there was a rumor circulating that only: "JWs with PRIVILEGES OF SERVICE/TITLES will be assured of The Big A Survival". Even though I was during that time a publisher who continuously auxiliary pioneered, the U-U SPIMIs were trying to encourage towards influence me plus other dubs who were doing the same to CLIMB THE CORPORATE LADDER to the next set of levels. On the other hand/ by the same token, I wondered this: "Why would Almighty God put sooooo much emphasis on a POSITION His followers/servants have, even if he/she/they are still doing all they can to worship Him under their own circumstances?". This has eventually proved that the above "mandate" is of many which are PERSONALLY ESTABLISHED by the leadership of UNINSPIRED, IMPERFECT MEN! So, all of these "claims" and "statements", if these are not Bible-based/supported, I, IMPHO, don't really give these a great deal of thought anymore!

had lunch with a friend, whose a lecturer in the accounting dept.

of one of australia's best universities.

he told me he expects to lose his job at some point in the next 5 years, as the accounting dept, will disappear, as all accounting will be done by ai programs, so why teach it.. if his fears are correct, that means that any profession that involves the mind, may one day face the same future.

This is also why SAG-AFTRA [Screen Actors Guild-American Federation Of Television And Radio Artists] plus WGA [Writers' Guild Of America] are protesting nowadays. The AMPTP [Alliance Of Motion Picture and Television Producers] are endeavoring to use this technology so that they will not have to PAY actual human artists for their talents, skillsets, and profession. In fact, they want to use (and in most cases ILLEGALLY) the likeness of these professions, whether they are foreground/top billing or background/extras.

IMPHO, modern technology can be good--but only up to a certain degree where it doesn't ensure damage to people's livelihood and quality of life. As the old saying/adage goes: "Too much of a good thing can not good for you!".

i have heard from a few ppimis and several pimos that the attendants who are stationedly-assigned to the front entrances of the borgvenues (cahs and other arenas) have been checking to see if any persons (members and non-member visitors) have badges.

on the other hand, if these persons don't have one, this is what i was told that these dubs do this: corral around the non-badge-wearing individual and interrogate he/she/them plus questioning them, "why are you here?!".

also, even if that person or persons have an invitation plus showed it to these dubs, these toy cops still do that procedure.

Although I, myself am Presently POMO and am looking forward to this cultporation's downfall, it still perplexes me to a certain level whereby off-street visitors (who may just be curious) are being harassed by ORDINARY-RUN-OF-THE-MILL dubs who have (some of them, not all) SELF-ESTEEM ISSUES in that they want to push their weight around and be wooly-bully to people, just also to prove a point! WT has INFLUENCED these guys (and possibly a few women) to be BIG-TALK-NO-ACTION FOLKS, in actuality/ reality. Anyone?
