What would you think if?

if a dud came to your door and said, we no longer shun ex members let's become friends again.

if the wt said the preaching work has ended.. if wt encouraged the members to vote in all elections.

if the blood ban was removed.

Darn Smurfs

any one remember the smurfs; especially that evil papa smurf?.

the cong i attended even gave a talk about their evilness.. roumor was one even animated itself [little plastic figure] inside the k-hall.. this led to my sister having to get rid of her smurf collection.. i'd have to say though at that time it made me happy ;being she .

got 2-3 new smurfs every week, and they woldn't even ever buy me a hotwheels car

does it seem accurate or was i sucked in by the speakers charismatic presentation?.

satan was an angel in heaven but decided he wanted to be like god (not just an angel).

just in reply to that...
Satan had a high position In the Garden of Eden ..
God couldn't have created humans to annoy or take revenge on Satan because humans were created BEFORE Satan first sinned . Satan became Satan when he lied .. he saw Adam and Eve praising God and wanted some of that praise himself so he tempted Eve and rebelled.
Thats when he became the Devil , when the first human pair were already created.

A question of loyalty.

what is the most dangerous aspect of jehovah's witnesses?.

well last night i watched on the news how another terrorist killed six people at a party in isreal.avenging the deaths of his fellow palestinians by killing innocent jews.. he was being loyal to his dead friends and the political / terrorist organisation he belonged to.. last year we watched when how an organisation encouraged people to drive planes into buildings at the expense even of their own lives.. how much of that act was hatred and how much loyalty to a cause?.

i believe one of the most stupidly dangerous things you can do in life is allow someone else to dictate what you think.
