  Just got home from the dentist :(

  i avoided the dentist for about six years.

  no insurance and two small kids seemed like a really good excuse.

  so i finally wenttoday.

  Hi Princess,

  I went to the dentist yesterday for the first time in almost 9 years. All of 4 of my root canals have to be redone, and three fillings redone.

  The last dentist was an idiot. So be careful who you select as a dentist. The guy who did a crappy job 9 years ago, I had good insurance. I have no dental ins. now, and this new dentist knows he doesn't have a blank check.

  The novacaine they give me always sends me into a panic attack, I drove home yesterday from work, before the dentist appt. 40 miles, to get my xanax. I forgot it before I went to work, but it was worth the drive. My dentist will give me valium, but it does not work the same for panic has xanax does.

  I had a root canal and a new filling yesterday, three more appointments, next one this Tuesday. :(

  I hope you do well Princess. I told the dentist, no one should have their mouth open so wide , and for so long, and not enjoy it...

  Who the hell as parents,and I was one, could dress there kids up in little suits and dresses and go out and sell magazines, on a weekend??? when there are cartoons on the tele?????Please god...forgive me for I have sinned...I should never had children in your cult.

  Funeral today

  well i have decided to attend a funeral this afternoon at the kingdom hall.an elder whom i feel was a very nice man passed away .. his wife has always been welcomming to me at the hall.

  and doesnt do the ,i dont see you thing, if and when we run into each other in public.

  she actually smiles and nods to me.. it will be interesting as my daughter and son in law and grandaughter (whom i dont see unless by accident) will be attending too.. it has been a hard choice as weather to go or not.

  Dress up nice, take the beemer, and show respect to the man and his wife who you liked and you respected, and she has shown respect to you.

  And remember, the best revenge is living well.

  Is it time for me to buy a new (used) car?

  well, first of all i never buy *new* cars... so when i say "new - used" i basically mean: sell my current car and buy another used one that is about two years old.

  my current car is a 1999 ford contour se v6 with about 106,000 miles on it.

  it's got a few minor bumps-and-bruses and a bit of peeling paint due to a bad paint-job, but it does look good when you step back and look at it as a whole.

  I always buy new, but I have connections with the new, if you know what I mean.

  I bought last week a 325ci BMW. Black sedan. Sweet.......once you go black................

  Go for what you want, it's only money, and you will work harder for how you feel when you drive what you feel good in.

  has anyone read this work by edgar allen poe?

  i have to teach this to my 8th grade english class next week, and i was wondering what some of you thought of it.

  i ask because i'm toying with different methods of pedagogy to approach this assignment.

  I remember doing this in school, in a planet far, far away and many light years ago..........

  Poe was one twisted dude, but this one I always thought about, maybe because of being a witness and always having your conscience pricked.

  If you have a conscience, and you know you have done something wrong, it will bug you forever. If you do not confess, you will lose your mind and everlasting life. Not necessarily in that order.This may help too..................................................................................................................................................

  "The Tell Tale Heart", written by Edgar Allen Poe, eight days is spent with man that deals with his hidden insanity. The nameless character is almost frightened as he plots and achieves in murdering his loving caretaker. When he finishes killing his victim, a policeman is called by a neighbor and arrives at his door. He calmly shows them around the house, yet towards the end of their visit, he starts to get frantic. His insanity leads him to blatantly confess to the deed. The theme in this story, conveyed through conflict, point of view, and suspense, is that every human has an equal balance between good and evil.

  i truly hope there are people "out there" somewhere who do not lie to themselves.. but, i suspect everybody does.. we might lie to ourselves about our weight, our looks, our prospects--anything--it seems to be "only human" to do so.. what do you lie to yourself about?
