It is not a legit web site. some of the photos were obviously taken right from a fashion magazine. A different photos of the same female under different names supposedly from different areas of the USA. It's not even worth it for giggles and shits.

Look at it this way, they know they can not hold on to the youth so they are desparately trying to keep control of the older generation. Trying to relieve them of feeling guilty so they can keep doing the JW thing. meetings, service, and donating $$$.
