Dubs can see lord of rings,not harry potter
by gumby ininteresting how the witnesess once again show a double set of standards with the watching of these two movies.
harry potter is a definate no no, but watching lord of the rings is ok.. both movies have wizards.

Questions about Athletic Activities while a JW
by AjaxMan inhi, everyone.. on my researches about the jdubs.
i read that they are restricted or forbidden from engaging in activities such as sports, working out in a gym or in martial arts.. i, who does all three, have a question for the members of this forum:.
when you were a jw, could you do any of the three activities mentioned?.

what the WTS does warn against is bad association...back
in my high school the football tean and Bball team was notorious
for getting drunk on the way back from away games....gee i wonder why
a christian org would ever warn against thisand going to a gym??....hahha...i smirk and laugh at you antis and

Some one broke in my house yesterday
by rhett inthere's this guy who i used to be friends with who thought that the only reason my kids loved me was because i rewarded them.
of course, i had to prove him wrong.
last friday i heard him talking to some people that he was going to break into my house and kill a few of my kids as well as trash the house.
