  just a thought that i would like to get other opinions about.

  i've always wondered this: one man and one woman (adam and eve) living in perfect conditions with only one temptation - to refrain from eating from a stupid tree.

  they failed that simple test.

  my parents just stopped by to invite my to the memorial.

  what's the big deal?

  well, i haven't talk to my father since i got df'd 2 years ago and i haven't spoken to my mother in 8 months.

  Stinky I know what it's like, I have only spoken to my father once since I was df'd in 91. I really would like to know if they are sooo blind to not realize what going on, or after all these years it's jusr easier to go with it than to fight it?

  Body language can reveal alot, I'm really good at being able to tell the difference. Sometimes even predict a persons next move.....why that doesn't work as well with women I'm not sure.

  since this forum is for cleansing and healing through sharing, i want to share some confessions of an ex-elder.

  how could i have allowed myself to be conned into becoming an elder?

  and, after becoming an elder, why did it take me 3 years to finally figure out the hypocrisy of the organization?

  Your apology alone shows your heartfelt appreciation for your fellow man.I'm quite sure that all of us at one time or another did someone a disservice to another person, regardless of the position him or her had. The fact that there is alot of mental breakdown on all levels show that the remorse is not your to bear but the orginizations, they are the one's who failed us all.

  Chin up and be proud of the fact that you are a better person because of it, and it's the orginizations loss to lose so many fine upstanding people such as yourself. If you can't be honest and true to yourself and your beliefs then everyone around you suffers.
