  i think that pretty much says it all.we can all whine and groan about how the society has wronged us and how they are so self preserving and wrong , evil, false, controling decieving, self righteous,and whatever.those who speak of giving up or god is dead or now i smoke pot and god loves me or now i commit fornication and its okay or those that get drunk and say thats okay.man some of you sound like the apostate definition according to the society.the evil slave.in order not to allign yourself with satan your job i think is simple.stop doing wrong.

  quit trying to have sex outside of marriage,smoking pot,lieing cheating and stealing.i dont care who you are you dont want to die.

  ive tried it twice and am glad im still here.im no wuss either former power lifter very veril and have 4 children.some of you kill me with your live for today mentality.i have a hard time believing that you chose to leave rather than being disfellowshipped and just feel bitter.

  Yep, I sure do. Just tell them to imagine life with no sex, no holiday's, no time for yourself, never being able to make God happy, no education, no "outside" friends...In essence, no life.

  imagine my surprise when my wife shows me the cover of the october 2004 guideposts with serena williams photo on it and the caption, "serena williams serving the spirit.

  I'm so glad she is on her way to recovery. I know it's tough, but she certainly is a fighter. Not one to mess with that is for sure.

  Is it time for me to buy a new (used) car?

  well, first of all i never buy *new* cars... so when i say "new - used" i basically mean: sell my current car and buy another used one that is about two years old.

  my current car is a 1999 ford contour se v6 with about 106,000 miles on it.

  it's got a few minor bumps-and-bruses and a bit of peeling paint due to a bad paint-job, but it does look good when you step back and look at it as a whole.

  Well, I don't like car payments. My car is 1992 Chevy Lumina Z34. It has 257,000 miles on it. Take care of it, and it will last a long time. Plus, I haven't had a car payment for quite a while.

  But alas, I need to start considering getting another car. It won't last forever.

  I'd look at the trade off. What's the price of a new transmission, versus the extra cost you will be out for another car? Plus, your buying someone elses problems. At least you know how well your car has been taken care of.

  as most are probably aware, on a tuesday evening there has been a regular attempt to send ian (dansk) energy, positive vibes, healing light, and prayers.

  i have to say that i've been astounded at the response (in a positive way!)..

  ian reports that it's helping .

  In defense of Bill Bowen and Silent Lambs

  after reading some of the comments against silent lambs, i thought i would respond back with my own topic.

  anyway, i have met bill bowen in person at the silent lambs summit in nashville back in march.

  i did not feel that he was arrogant in anyway or egotistical.he seemed to conduct that summit in a very professional way and really put together a good program.

  He is not like his stage presence. He is a hyper active alpha male. Today his personal life is in shambles, because he put too much into his cause, his mission. That is a real shame.

  I can say the same thing. He didn't have any balance.

  Sad to see actually.
