hi there everyone, just wanted to see if any of you believe in any psychics or paranormal activity.
i know that as a jw we are taught that any ghosts are demons and any psychic activities are demonized.
would love to hear any feedback and or any pesonal experiences you have had and if you believe they are all demons, or if there is a difference between good and bad spirits.
I am with Shera and sinnamon on this one.
I agree with shera on this one--alot of it intuition.
Certain people are very in tune with other people's energy.
SK
I agree with SK, intuition is not inherently male...but. Myself and my better half have one physchic we go to, and I have to say there is no way she could have known the things she did. I had a picture of my aura taken and it surprised the lady taking it and my better half. I guess for a guy I am out of the norm, very strong physchic field. I have been very intuitive since I have been a child, I just shrugged it off as normal. I would get alot of preminitions as a child, come to find out, my mother told me that ESP runs in the family. I do tend to be very in tune with others. Since I was a dub from birth, alot of that stuff got lost as I got older. After I was df'd some years later, those intiutions and being in tune with others started to come back. The last couple of years I have been working on these abilities more and it has come in handy for me and my better half.
i have been calling my kids for some time now.
i am moving far away soon, and since i haven't had any contact with my daughters, i called them to let them know i was moving, and would like to say goodbye, before i flew away.
weeks went by, as ususal, and no response.
Dude I am so happy for YOU and your Daughters....This buds for you!
just as a matter of curiosity i was wondering if any of you know of anybody who has read raymond franz' 'crisis of conscience' and who actually remained a jw?
i have sent and lent this book to a number of people within the wts, even a co, all of whom left eventually.
one person remained due to domestic issues, but resigned from all his duties and remains as such.
If someone can read COC and stay in the org (with the exception of staying for family) then they can only be in denial......or just a retard for not seeing the facts.
i saw that jt, the ex bethel heavy posted again.
i miss his thoughts.
also leander has some very interesting threads.......who would you enjoy seeing posting more often??
Mindchild
Mindchild is doing well. He moved out west and is building an empire of his own. I do hear from him from time to time.

Good to see you posting again, Dave. I can relate to what you have said and I too fell by the wayside for a while for almost exactly the same reasons. This can be a difficult medium through which to convey our true thoughts and sometimes, especially when things get a little personal, they can be easily misconstrued. And I am as guilty of that as anyone.
Yes, I too can relate with Dave. It is very hard having friends on a forum and never seeing them. Sometimes things can get out of hand and so misconstrued.
And Dave....Great to see you again, I had been wondering how you are getting along these days.
my biggest pet peeve in the world is people who cheat on their spouses or on their girlfriends or boyfriends.
i have no idea why, i never even been in a relationship before, but it just ticks me off so much when i hear about people cheating or being cheated on.. i was talking with one person, aint gonna say his name, but he was talking about how he loved his wife with his whole heart.
and she is the love of his life and different things, but he just found another to go along with his wife.
Well, no one is perfect, at least no one I know of. But I do know that people make stupid mistakes. People often think things are better on the other side of the hill. Then after they get there, they find out nothing is better, only worse. When a person comes to that realization, it's not long after they realize that they should have been taking care of business at home, instead of getting involved in someone else's business.

the dream of many men has come true... over the weekend they turned 18!
.
Good grief!!! I thought about posting a reply to this thread about those two. But with everyone being so sensitive..forget it! I thought this thread was more of a lark than anything else.
.
i am new to the post and looking to meet girls the age of 18-22. i am a college senior in texas and an ms and my local congregation but there is a shortage of nice looking women around here.
maybe i can meet new friends on here.
If posting something "meanful" is the criteria for not being deleted ona then I am suprised I'm still here.....
Eh, the truth always hurts Xena. But I can't see anything on you that would be hurtful to the eyes.
So really Hov, for being someone so new, you need to get some better pickup lines if your wanting a date so soon. I mean, there have been more than a few shady characters to lurk around here in the past...Ask some of our lovely ladies here.
