by jwleaks injw leaks has published the latest court documents, in pdf, relating to "candace conti v the watchtower bible and tract society of new york" as filed on november 6, 2012, and the court minutes for november 8, 2012.. the november 6, 2012, document filed by the watchtower society entitled "church defendants' reply in support of motion to subsitute or reuce bond on appeal" puts the value of the jehovah's witnesses headquarters at patterson, new york, at "more than $162,000,000".. ww.jwleaks.org.

Shunning - I just can't get my head around it
by jambon1 inlet me first state that i have never been shunned.
i faded from the org very quickly & my life hasn't been blighted by this practice.. i have been out of the organisation for over 6 years.
most of the things i left the religion for, i have came to terms with.

My introduction/experience
by happy@last ini have only just recently found this site, in fact only recently gone online to do research of my own about jws.
before i left i had only gone on my gut instinct, not even realising i was not alone with my feelings.
the week i was appointed an elder some 11 years ago, i had had to write to a congregation many miles away from me about how unloving they were (more details below).. not long after i started to have concerns about jws, expecially as the message of 'following the bibles message' subtly changed to 'follow the fds', this did not sit well with me.
