  you are working hard at chritsmass, indeed.

  This is the 1st time in life I celebrated christmass.

  And there are some guys who are responsible for it:

  1st Lee Elder and Osarsif

  And Kent Steinhaug, Randy Watters and last but not least Hawkaw.

  (Hi hawk- please tell at home about THIS result you had...!)

  Of course there are many others like some germans (H.J. Twisselmann, Hajo Kammer and Stephan Wolf). Of course RAY FRANZ, too. Not to speak about those wounderfull articles written by Alan Feuerbacher and N. Haughland...

  Now there is this Interfaith oportunity. God, I wish u guys can make something out of it. Over here in Europe I am watching and hoping. May Santa Claus bless u all!!!

  Literature selling in 3rd world?

  hi there.... ...in europe and the us oficially nobody has to pay to get wt literature.

  we all know how it works.

  but many times it was said that there are 3rd world countries or others who go on in selling the literature as usuall.. i ask everybody to tell here wich countries have the new simplification (not that new anymore, but however)and wich countries do not have this "simplification" yet.. i do the beginning:.

  (By the way, when u visit IBSA house in UK u have to pay the Postcards but not so in Germany.

  The UN Affiliation: Likely Denouement?

  ive found the un affiliation threads very interesting, but ive also expressed the view that this issue will have virtually no effect on jw membership.

  i have at least two reasons for believing this.. first, after reading w. j. schnells 1957 book, thirty years a watchtower slave, in which the author describes how the watchtower used negative publicity to increase membership, im now of the opinion that continued commentary on this matter may only serve to foster an even greater conviction on the part of rank and file jws that they are being persecuted, and they will increase their efforts to recruit members; this will offset what i think will be a miniscule number of defections by those who will feel betrayed because of the un affiliation.

  the reason why i think there will be few defections is described below.. second, i believe that the watchtower can easily defend itself.

  I undestand your point.

  But please face the facts:

  I already deprogramed 3 family members and 2 others STARTING with the UN Scandal. Of course JW don't WANT to believe this scandal and WHEN there will be an oficiall response from the WTBTS it will be harder to argu with SOME of them. But we have all those letters, wich show the WTBTS started lying about this issue...

  Remember the letter of the portuguese branch, the Gillies-Letter, the Haedquarters-to-Branches letter....

  It may be more difficult as the time goes by, but it continues to be a shocking news for JW. LETS USE AND ABUSE IT!!!

  NEW Press Release UN/AJWRB/Silentlambs

  at xjw net was an invitation to participate in a press release about the un stuff.. as i told before on this board this issue is most powerfull if well used to show the real face behind the wtbts!!.

  even i am not in the us i will gladly contribute for a press release wich states a mix of un/ajwrb/silentlambs.

  if some with more language skills than me composes such a press release and releases it in the way mike pence described i will donate 150 usd one or two weeks before the release.. it is tecnically dificult to donate from this distance.

  Hi Cat,
  if u take a look at the 2 big threads about UN (go to stats, there u see the biggest threads) u will find plenty of evidence. The WTBTS itself say they where associated. Of course we should see if there explanation fits...wich it does not.
