  They're now asking people to clean at Bethel?

  i heard from a "friend" that a letter was read aloud during the midweek meeting asking people to volunteer to do cleaning work in bethel.

  lol.

  i really can't think of anything else to say if this is true.. they get more free labor, and they still ask for more more more money!!

  for the lurkers and active jws here, are you really happy about the recent changes?.

  are you happy where you are now?.

  does it make you feel special that you are more "privileged" than non-jws or other jws who have less preaching hours than you do?.

  Never had a crazy JW-related dream until today

  in my dream a while ago, the wt had already started "encouraging" everyone to contribute 30. either it meant at least 30 hours of "preaching" or 30% tithe.

  the next scene is when we all stood up for the opening song at the kh, and lo and behold - the opening lyrics went on like (this is vague but you'll understand the context anyway):.

  what a privilege it is to serve the kingdom.

  PSS... what's up?

  more humblebragging seen via instagram and facebook lately from people coming home from pss.. using hashtags for the usual "feeling blessed", "what a great privilege", etc., while pictured in some nice tailored dresses that are quite ostentatious actually.. anyway, what do they teach at pss these days?

  Do they notice who no longer gives donations?

  because i haven't put in a single dime for over a year now in the box at the kh.

  the usual custom is to put money in there right after the meetings.

  but heck, i already spend so much in car fuel just to attend - i don't care really if the gb starves and dies.. oops.. anyway, do the elders take note who's donating and who's not?.

  hello everyone.. not sure if anyone else knows me here, but i'm back.

  :) it took me almost year since my last visit because not only did the change in the website interface made me forget even my password - i also kept myself very busy with work (secular one, that is).

  from being very depressed since knowing ttatt (again), i found a "safe" and actually understandable reason to become irregular at attending meetings.
