  What if there are sinners in paradise?

  disclaimer: i have never been a jw and don't believe in any gods.. .

  i've always wondered what the jw line on this would be.

  i'm sure sure if it's an original thought but i don't remember reading anything about it.. it starts with the assumption that people in the future paradise earth are exactly as perfect as adam & eve before the fall.. so, what if one of these future people "sins"?

  ME: Why does Brother Smith get to have sex with my wife but I don't?

  ELDER: Brother Smith married your wife after you died and he and your wife survived the Great Tribulation. Now that you've been resurrected, you're not allowed to get married or have sex because you're like the angels and neither marry nor are given in marriage.

  ME: That sucks! So I have to sit here for eternity watching Brother Smith have sex with my wife?

  When a JW realizes they're anointed, are they supposed to tell the elders?

  when a jw believes they are anointed, are they supposed to tell the elders, or do they keep silent and just partake of the emblems at the memorial?.

  They better not or there is a damd good chance they will be labelled "mentally diseased".........

  I thought that since the overlapping generations new light was introduced, one no longer had to be alive in 1914 to go to heaven. Doesn't that new light mean that anyone's life that overlapped with someone who was alive in 1914 could go to heaven?

  As a teenager I used to get frequent boners at the KH. They were very hard to hide on those hot summer Sundays when you weren't wearing a coat.

  Dreaming of witnesses

  does anyone have dreams or nightmares about jehovah's witnesses, the society, or your trapped loved ones?

  i do all the time and they wont stop.

  i wake up with cold sweats and an upset stomach.

  I have dreams sometimes about being in the old KH that I grew up in as a kid and standing up during the meeting and causing a disturbance.

  I've also had a couple of dream about being at a convention and walking down the the stage, pushing the speaker out of the way, and taking over the microphone. It was kinda scary but also thrilling at the same time.

  I've always thought if there was a Revelation cartoon made in the style of the Yellow Submarine movie it would be pretty interesting to watch while high.

  does anyone feel messed up sexually because of being brought up as jw? like you have missed out, etc?

  hiya,.

  i'm new to this forum but just wanted to talk to somebody about this.. i was brought up as a jw and left just over a year ago.

  i'm now 26 and feel messed up sexually.

  I felt like you a while back. I joined a dating site and went through 18 partners in one year and ended up getting one of those girls pregnant. Now I'm happy sticking to just one partner.
