man who puts his trust in earthling man and actually makes flesh his arm, and
whose heart turns away from Jehovah himself.” The rich and famous do not have the
interests of the people at heart, but are focused only on their own interests. The
psalmist reinforces the argument: “Do not put YOUR trust in nobles, Nor in the son of
earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs. His spirit goes out, he goes back
to his ground; In that day his thoughts do perish” (Ps. 146:3, 4). Or phrased differently: “Do not trust in princes, or in human beings, who
cannot deliver!” (Ps. 146:3 NET).

Waton, you misunderstand. I believe the Israel of God is involved in the New Covenant, that is everybody (Hebr. 8:6, 9, 10, 13; 10:16). As leaders of the Israel of God the 144000 is also part of the New Covenant. These come out of the twelve tribes of Israel (Rev. 7:4). However, Jesus also concluded with his close disciples the kingdom covenant (Matt. 19:28). The memorial celebration involves the New Covenant (1 Cor. 11:25).

Here's a few articles speculating on the origin of the virus. Some of it has been debunked. In the end it seems as though it did escape from the Wuhan lab by accident.Even the Chinese are ruling the fish market out. Some of the first persons contracting the disease never went to the fish market. Also the Chinese that went into the caves to catch the bats, "forgot to put on protective clothing."

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has repeatedly parroted Chinese Communist Party talking points, constantly heaping praise on Beijing’s response to coronavirus despite the fact that China hid the truth about its spread and viciously silenced scientists and doctors who tried to warn the world.
Now we know why.
As John Martin explains in his excellent piece ‘The Crimes of Tedros Adhanom’, during his time in Ethiopia, the WHO chief was a member of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), a violent communist revolutionary party which was listed as a terrorist organization by the U.S. government in the 90’s.
According to one Ethiopian newspaper, Adhanom was listed as the 3rd most important member of the politbureau standing committee in the TPLF.
Martin writes how the TPLF engaged in “systematic discrimination and human rights abuses” by refusing emergency healthcare to the Amhara ethnic group because of their affiliation with the opposition party. The Ministry of Health that oversaw these abuses was led at the time by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
Birth rates were recorded to be significantly lower in the Amhara region compared to other regions and 2 million Amhara people “disappeared” from the subsequent population census.
As Tucker Carlson highlighted earlier this week, Adhanom “got his job with Chinese support after he covered up cholera outbreaks in his home country” of Egypt.

The modelers started off by using Chinese numbers for their models. They soon found out their mistake. E.g., Italy, Spain, France and now UK and USA. That's why Trump is very unhappy with Chinese reporting. He said so in one of his broadcasts. If they were honest, the rest of the world would be much better off.
