  Amazing Survived Major Heart Attack

  i just spoke on the phone to amazing (jim whitney) who is in intensive care in a chicago hospital.

  on monday he had a major heart attack, had a stint put in an artery to unblock things and may have bypass surgery.

  he's comfortable enough right now, but of course will have to make some big lifestyle changes.

  what provoked it?

  state of mind? it can really kill you.

  i have been trying to get a female off by back for ore than 3 years!

  a couple of court CIVIL complaints demanding a few millions seem to slow donw the lady so far.

  i would rather fight against an army... some ladies are really hard to stop.

  Actually all big problems detailed in the bible have been caused or promoted by a women, from the vey begining.

  I still love them anyhow...

  No federal jurisdiction?

  why?

  if plaintiff and defendant are living in different states
  AND
  the claim is < than 75k$,
  OR
  she is complaining about the violation of a civil righ (FEDERAL CONSTITUTION VIOLATION)
  AND
  less than a year elapsed
  OR she can justify why more than a year elapsed before complaining (did not know what to do or how to do it, mental state, BEING A MINOR etc.)

  IF THE CASE MEETS ABOVE CRITERIA THE COURT IS WRONG AND YOU CAN GO TO TE COURT ABOVE, "THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT"

  So If she sued only the local elders at the FEDERAL COURT it is a NO GO because she was living in the elder's state when it happened and most likely the was no violation of Federal Constitutional right, errr.

  BUT she can take the case the case to local state court

  I have about seven court cases going on at all level, no pro lawyers, they are a pain in the x most of the time. So i do it myself;

  i was wondering if anyone here has tried to sue the wtbts for anything that had gone on with them personally.

  i have always wondered about that because so many people have so much "beef" with them that i felt for sure that someone could find some reason to sue them.

  i have a feeling after dateline airs there will be alot more coming into the public eye as far as what the witnesses have done.... and i feel as though there will be alot more witnesses that will step forward with molesttions, rape, and other wrong doings that have been going on.
