  i wanted to consolidate a lot of the information about the attack of anonymous against the watchtower society.

  if you disagree with the tactics of anonymous, that's fine.

  this information may still be useful as the public is made more aware of the the dangerous policies of the watchtower society.

  "Zion’s Watch Tower’ has, we believe, JEHOVAH for its backer, and while this is the case it will never beg nor petition men for support. When He who says: ‘All the gold and silver of the mountains are mine,’ fails to provide necessary funds, we will understand it to be time to suspend the publication.”

  Maybe the era of the public Watchtower and Awake has come to an end. Maybe "Jehovah" has decided to suspend publication.

  Again if true, and if it is true that there are no more three-day district conventions, they might adjust how changes are disseminated.

  If they soften their stance on anything, the blood doctrine looks ripe from scrapping.

  i have heard rumblings that this has started up in some places.

  i know there are some awakened elders on here who often provide good intel.

  in light of all the juicy things that have happened in the last year, especially the conti case, i think many of us here are pining to hear any bit of news, so it would be much appreciated!.

  If true, I can't imagine based on the tone of the convention and the Study articles, like last Sunday's, that they would soften their stance on anything. Things seem to be getting getting more and more hardline…otherwise, wouldn't the convention have had a different tone?

  shawn, it's very difficult & sad to come to this decision, but because of your attitude towards the truth & us personally (thinking that we are stupid) we're going to treat you as a disfellowshipped person from now on.

  actually, you're worse than them because usually they know they have not kept their oath to jehovah & don't speak abusively of the organization and don't turn apostate.

  I would in no way discourage the study, because that plays right into the Organization's hands. However, I would tell them the illustration of going shopping for a used car and the salesman telling them to only go to their one website and read only their booklets. I would encourage them to also look online for answers and get all sides of the story. Perhaps I would let them borrow Crisis of Conscience if they haven't gotten that far indoctrinated yet.
