I worked on a 'two day mairacle' once! Yep, there was just a empty lot, and two days later a Kingdom Hall. (Only two people fell off the roof and no one died!) I guess the Catholic Church is not the 'only' organization that has miracles!

Whats the most unhealthiest place you've ever ate at?

its soooooooooooooooo good, but the only drawback is that the hamburger is more grease and fat than it is meat.
they'll actually take the dripping fat with the spatula and throw it back in the burger and start smashing it in.

Circuit Assembly in Niles Michigan. There were black bugs in the beef and noodles. We told the cafeteria servant but he would not do nothing about it as he said he had nothing else to feed the brothers and besides it was just protein. I didn't eat mine, nor did I eat at any assemblies after that.

Money and the Meetings a Problem?

a friend of ours was told that he/she would be taken off as the beneficiary of a large amount of money unless he/she would come back to the meetings and go out in the field service.. our friend has been fading for quite some time now.the person who put him/her as beneficiary won't have anything to do with him/her unless he/she comes back to the meetings and participates in the field service.. he/she will not be bribed and will lose the large amount of money he/she stands to gain because of refusing to be compromised as to what is known about the society now.. his/her friend only knows that he/she has family and personal concerns as the reason he/she don't go to meetings anymore.letting the friend know the real reasons would certainly be cause for him/her to be removed as the beneficiary of a large amount of money.. our advice to him/her was to be true to ones self even though this would be financially difficult.. the reason we are putting the person as him/her is to protect the identity of the individual friend of ours.. we would appreciate some of your thoughts concerning this matter.. blueblades

How can they call themselves THE FAITHFUL AND DISCREET SLAVE when they are neither faithful or discreet?
Why don't they have kitchens in the Kingdom Halls for a little socializing before and after the meetings?
Why did the new Circuit Overseer always arrive in an old junker, we bought him a new car, and then in his next assignment arrived in an old junker again?
Why hasn't the Society availed themselves of TV? They used to brag they had a radio station!
Why did they keep little school kids out to 10:30 PM or so on some meeting nights?
Why could you leave literature with a householder but couldn't take anything from them?
Why no special meetings like Sunday School for kids?
