6Whats at the end of the rainbow?...I Know!
by OUTLAW insimons thread on noah and the rainbow made me remember this experience.i must have been 7 or 8 at the time.we lived on an island in the pacific ocean,and storms would come and go.our home was right on the beach so we could see what ever happened there.anyway a storm had just past and the clouds had just started to break,and the sun came peaking through.this magnificent rainbow appeared.one end of the rainbow went miles and miles away from shore into the ocean horizon.the other end landed squarly in the yard on our beach.i couldn`t contain myself ,i had to find out what was at the end of the rainbow.so i ran outside and grabbed the clam digging shovel.with my shovel in hand,i ran to the end of the rainbow and started to dig.i dug as hard as i could and then i hit something.so i dug harder to get it out.finaly i had it,it was a rusted out bucket full of sand.ha-ha-ha!so how many people you know,got to actually dig at the end of the rainbow!...outlaw

the bible tells us that it rained for forty days and forty nights.. it stopped raining and noah & co floated around for a bit.. when they landed, noah sacrificed some of the animals (weren't they in short supply?
) and god promised never to bring a deluge upon then earth again.. to back this up, there was a rainbow in the sky as a sign.. now, what causes a rainbow?

by sleepy inwell sometimes we are.. look we have the knowledge and experience to help a lot of people.must of us have one time been jw's and understand how many think.so lets not put them off by being too negative.. when we were witnesses most of us were quite happy .
we tried to be good people , to put into practise principles that many people think are good.
we did this sometimes even when we didn't want to , because we thought god would hold us accountable and because we cared for people .

Hey larc,nice to hear from you again.Like you I was raised in it.From an early age I disagreed with it,but was to young to get myself out.When I did leave I left because I knew I was supporting the wrong thing.I took responsibility for my life and got out.It cost me dearly,but I never wanted anything to do with a group like that again.As long as I was there,I was as guilty as the organization I supported.I could complain and say"but I was a nice guy"and that would be true.But it dosent take away from the responsibility of a persons actions.If you really want to be a nice guy you have to take responsibility for your actions.There are good people still in the jws,but as long as they support evil,they support evil.Some are trying to get out and I wish them well.The rest would cut your throat on command and we both know thats true..HAVE A GOOD DAY EH...OUTLAW

Sleepy,during WW2 there were nice German people who were Nazi`s.
