  jane doe once upon a time had a dream life, she had the perfect man, who would've done anything for her, and did everything just for her, loved her wholeheartedly, dedicating the rest of his life to make her happy.

  well, one day joe blow comes along, and sweeps jane off her feet, w/ his delightful smile and his vivacious personality--and jane starts to get confused: she has deeps feeling for john doe, but she just can't resist this joe blow.

  somehow, in the middle of ruining her dream life--the nice house, loving, caring person to share it with, she finds herself totally smittened by joe blow, and starts thinking about him more than she thinks about her john doe dude.

  It sounds like Jane wanted the best of both worlds. I think Jane was attracted to each for different reasons. I think Jane was very selfish. I think John is very hurt. I think John better ask himself why Jane strayed. Is John jealous or possesive by nature? Did he try to smother Jane? I think Jane ought to ask herself why, and then tell John. Can John ever trust Jane again? Can Jane trust herself?
  It happens.

  To answer you orignal thread, no. One can only have one soulmate, the others are just playmates.

  Andi is right. Julie and I are two different people. Had I come in here known as Julies spouse, I would have had a 1000 enemies from the word go:) While we have our similarities, we are miles apart in other ways.I was more interested in the sociometry (lurking for you nitpickers) of DB's. Julie likes to partake. Was it deceitful? Yeah,but not because of any hidden agenda or anything. Do I really care? Nah. Has anyone out there been caused any irreparable damage because of it? I think not.And besides there are other reasons that frankly are none of your biz.

  I must say at first I was persuaded by Julies opinions of people here, then I just decided to hate you all equally:D

  There are cliques of people here that hide behind psuedo names and defend each other more so than Julie and I ever did.

  There are some great folks here, and some not so great, just like in RL. Which category do you or I fall into? Both. Just like everbody else here. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

  A husband and wife are two different people, they share a life, not a single mind. Hope that helped.

  Research. Apparently there is something about your demeanor that I don't care for. I will keep my personal opinions about you to myself in the future. The ripple effects of my post has unfortunately caused some discomfort to others that I care about. A valuable lesson has been learned regarding the power of words, I'm sorry it was at the expense of others.

  As a side note: The data in your research *was* part of a seminar that I attended at an Orlando training center in '97. Without the square root of course.

  Yes, I do have to go run my restaurant, revenue 4 million a year. You see I am a numbers guy, not a bubba out of work psyche wanna be like you. Your manuscript deals with numbers, ratios not tangible results.
  See, I know that you were just a statician that recorded numbers. Why are you trying to be more than you are. The professor (whose results were inconclusive) was William DeClaire. That's all I can remember.The paper was part of a broader study that was included in a workshop I attended 2 years ago. It also included a study in time and motion, the effects on productivity, judgement and employee morale.
  Larc your pattern of behavior is pretty predictable too, bubba.
  Good to see The Real Larc is still with us. Would love to write more
  but it's 5:30 am and I have to go post my second quarter results or area director gets a little antsy. By the way, my restaurant is experiencing an unprecedented %14 growth, while my competition flounders. I'd be happy to provide you with those numbers.

  Teejay, again I ask, how goes it in your marriage? Hang in there fella, there will be another bandwagon along soon.

  Beck-Rhett- If you have visited the *other* board* you would see that Simons board is NEVER mentioned. It (Kent's board) seems to be a constant topic here, most recently started by Larc.

  Teej- Man, I can't imagine why two people who have been together for twenty years, and share mnay of the same qualities, would write or even think alike. How you and your wife getting along these days?

Wanted to reply to your statistics/meant to impress anyone that would take the time to read it without falling asleep paper. Nice try, that study was done in 1984 by team of graduate students @ Cornell, you merely added a twist by putting in a few variables that don't affect the outcome. Impressive.

  As far as Kent is concerned, you said

  as a george carlin fan i keep thinking he has got a point when he says that men are generally very insecure about their dick size.

  countries go to war if they think someone got bigger dicks than them.. lately there seem to have been such a lesser scale war here on the board.

  the problem in this particular case is that the ones who quite obviously got bigger dicks were women!.
