  i was supervised no one has posted anything about today's watchtower study.

  if i missed the thread and this is a repost...my bad.

  basically today's watchtower was an attempt at guilt tripping the entire borg.

  You know how they say "you shouldn't go into a relationship thinking you can change the other person"? I just think you're setting yourself and her up for heartache, sorry to say. You're convinced on leaving, she isn't and you can't make the decision for her. And if you carry on with a serious relationship, when you do leave that could have some reprecussions for her too. You're also keeping the truth about your own feelings hidden, for your own benefit. So I'd say it's also the better option to tell her.

  If she has a questioning mind, she will leave of her own accord eventually. But there are some people who are so caught up with the org and all its trappings that they will never leave. She probably sees her 'doubting phase' as her decision period. The kind they revel about in the Magazines. She chose the WT, and that will only have strengthened her faith and confidence she got it right.

  Children who are born to unbelieving parents.

  so i remember a scripture, (i forget which one exactly) that is quite specific in that if a child has 2 unbelieving parents then god is going to kill that child.. but if a child has one believing parent then that child will be saved at armageddon.. how is this fair?.

  i always even as a small boy found this to be utterly disgusting and not indicative of a loving fatherly creator.. not to mention some people would say that some would get a kind of 'benefit of the doubt' such as the mentally handicapped as they could not be expected to gain an accurate knowledge of truth.. and also the unrighteous who die now will be resurrected later.. so, if your a bad person but die your home free.. but if your an innocent child and your folks are too busy to go to the meeting, your worm chow..

  Loved it! What a great day. Finished it off with an hour of badminton, but I think i'll be crashing out now. ^_^

  And the great thing is, it's going to stay this way. UNTIL WEDNESDAY!!! Another half week, boy we sure are blessed with the weather in ol' blighty.

  Good idea Ann, unfortunately I only have a desktop. Besides, I've heard that keeping a laptop on your lap for lengthy periods of time can be 'detrimental' to certain parts of the body. You probably won't have such cares though.

  I've been out for a good 3 hours, shooting hoops. And dressing up Koalas, too.

  Only in america ^

  But the meaning behind mine is, uh... I have a very boring accent. It's not Queens English, Cockney, Souce, or Brummy. It's just flat. I should have picked Vanilla_Accent, that sounds tastier.
