someone was asking me in the chatroom about the number of hits the site gets.
here is a brief summary (of what we currently get per week):.
21,000 visitors.

this is a rant mainly in response to my wife's reaction to the stupid clam meeting last night.
bear in mind, while i am not sexist, i am also not politically correct.
.... it is no secret that the women in this organization outnumber the men.
the watchtower no 1 for 2016, entitled 'why be honest', has this definition of lying on page 5:.
"saying something false to someone who is entitled to know the truth.".
so if i tell my husband an untruth, i.e.
it has to be starting to fade somehow.
the very last time i went out in field service, hardly any were out.
maybe just about nine people were out and man if you could just see their faces.
I have been completely inactive for almost 5 years
I miss 60% of meetings or more easily each month, and no one bothers me about it. I have never experienced this in my life. My memories of "spiritually weak" times in my life were a very real and tangible shunning from families in the cong. Sure they would be freindly at the Hall but I would never get invited out to anything social.
Now i am very active socially and nobody... ever, questions me about my "service" or why I am not an MS.
I have numerous friends in their 40's none of which are MS's or elders. This was unheard when/where I grew up. I remember even as a child having this conditioning present, that is if a brother was in his 40's or older and wasn't serving I would assume they were weak. they must be of course otherwise why wouldn't they be?
I definitely feel like people don't care that much anymore
where are all these kingdom halls that were going to start being built?
the rbc arrangement was officially announced as an arrangement that was ending in the united states branch territory in a letter on january 24, 2014 (although this letter is no longer listed on jw.org).
this means that 23 months have passed since the announcement of the ldc taking over and "acceleration" of kingdom hall builds.. what has happened in the meantime with kh construction?
I suppose the transfer of mortgage and ownership in whole to the WTS and the instituting mortgage sized donations by all congregations not only increases cash flow but would like allow the WTS more control of how the funds are allocated
bundling those mortgages to some sort of an investment management company could allow them to make credit payments significantly lower than their monthly cash inflow
instead of obligatory payments to credit coffers the WTS has created an enormous income stream from which to build their Armageddon bunker
as a good jw i never smoked a joint or nibbled on some brownies.
I know the temptation. I tried it too
but drugs are no good
just avoid them at all cost
some people are fine with the odd toke and some let drugs destroy their life
not worth the risk
all sorts of suspected deception going on surrounding the cutbacks and the reasons for them.
but hard to pin down a direct falsehood.
sure, they initially said they were reducing the magazines so the brothers had less to read, then later said it was to save money.
SBF
every KH I am aware of donates more than what their mortgage was
i know of a KH that was built just after this change and the donations committed by numerous surrounding congs were still collected by the WTS even after the arrangement was in effect
over a million in donations as I understood
half of our congregation goes there to work out because of the good pool facilities and prices, and the other half think that it's wrong due to it's old charter.
but no one is enforcing the wrong or right of it.
i'd be interested in knowing how this is being applied worldwide.
You cannot be a member but you can go with a day pass
but you might stumble someone
