  okay fess up: whats your handle mean?.

  my handle: mindchild comes from computer scientist and futurist dr. hans moravec: who wrote the book, the future of robot and human intelligence which is a book about when we will be able to construct machines capable of human intelligence and raises the possibility of uploading ourselves (every thought we ever had) into an android body much superior to the human ones we have now.

  i entertain the hope that not only will i live long enough to see this happen, i will transfer myself (the complete essence of what is me) into a body of my own choosing and become immortal if i so choose.

  well, my name comes from two things. when i was in highschool and bored to tears in class, i'd scribble and doodle all over my notebooks. i'd write "peace love and happiness" or peace sign, heart and smilie (also seens on my notebooks "sex, drugs and rock n roll hehehe). so that's kinda stuck with me all these years (i've been called a hippie chick since i was 16) and when i came here, i decided to use part of that but instead of happiness, i substituted my real name. there ya go :) of course i also try to promote peace, love and happiness (and harmony) in my daily life.

  MEAT! What is your favorite ???

  meat eaters; fish, chicken, ect,.

  as so many of you really love your meat, what is your favorite cut?.

  mine is fillet....but cooked 'fillet mignon', or a juicy t-bone topped with mushroom sauce.

  Are You Vegetarian Or Not?

  with all the "food" "fluff" larc has started, it has made me wonder how many here are vegetarian or meat eaters.. i like my meat in winter, but only in very small amounts.. summertime i go completely vegetarian and relish fruits and vegetables.. how about you??.

  then ilike ales, like Summit Pale Ale or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

  i like Sam Smith's Nut Brown Ale

  i also like to drink mixed drinks, vodka/cranberries and gin/sprites (a new drink on my list, thanks to some friends in norway :))

  and every once in awhile i indulge in a fru-fru drink, sex on the beach, pina coladas...

  and i love red wines but no white zin!! never!

  so i guess i have multiple drinking personalities!
