i spent about one year in 1982 living in a 32 ft travel trailer.
our home had burned down on jan 10th,1982 at night- -30 deg f. my wife, 2 yr old son, 4 yr old daughter and i traveled to many states that year.
many people dream of living the life of a free gypsy- no ties to any one place- north in the summer-south in the winter, living in a travel trailer or motorhome.
I live in a van down by the river.. does that count?
i know anyone who believes in evolution is going to say that there is no 'if' about it.
however.... if man evolved over hundreds of thousands of years ago, why were there only about 200-300 million people alive 2,000 years ago?
surely there'd have been many billions by then?.

A million billion dollars!!!!.. and I didn't have to attend any meetings, go out in service.. or read any publications ..
billions of human beings right now are muslims, hindus, buddhists, etc, etc.
they do not know a jot about 'jehovah' or the 'watchtower bible & tract society of new york" etc etc.
what is going to happen to these billions of persons at armageddon?.
the only thing is ..is JWs do know this, but it doesn't mean that it will set them free.. they think they are free...
yesterday i noticed quite a few threads with headlines that generally resembled the following:.
the democrats, republicans, libertarians, atheists, fundamentalists, wt governing body are guilty!
they will have to pay!.
yes .... sometimes based on the topic ... sometimes based on the posters history

great churches attract great people.
goofy churches attract goofy people.

I also disagree .. in that said churches create their followers according to their kind.... belief systems are developed
I realize exceptions, some do seek out new churches.. but for the most part people are born in, or through social peer pressure attend what ever necessary to belong..

I don't think people that go to church.. give it much thought... I agree with some of what you are saying but it's a small percentage..
