  How Can I Get Info on a Dead JW ??

  i just received a fascinating email from someone looking for information on a jw who died in the late 1970s.

  all i have is the person's name and city of residence at the time of death.

  is there some place (preferably on the internet) i can go to see a copy of the death certificate?

  the august, 2003 issue of electric space craft, a scientific journal, contains an amazing series of images taken from nasa footage included in the tv program, nova: to the moon.

  the significance of the images has only recently been noticed.

  Personaly I have always thought that no one ever went to the moon. First of all they would have to pass through the Van Alan radiation belt and if the would have, it would have cooked them like pizza in a micro wave oven cause you would need a lead wall fifty feet thick to protect you. http://www.madsci.org/posts/archives/may2000/959341359.As.r.html

  Your right Blondie, your very insightful. I remember seeing the old brothers from bethel giving lenghty talks just before a district convention would end. They would be wearing white shoes looking like car dealers, and everyone clapping at every word. Frankly they made me sick, it would be nice to see a real live human who is humble and really had Gods backing. Pepper

  The last generation ends in 2005

  the generation of the anointed ends in 2005 as that will conclude 70 years since the last of that special group was chosen in 1935. for many jehovah's witnesses this may be something to look forward to, but have they really thought this through?

  by logically working through their doctrine of the last generation it appears that god favors the dead.

  here is my latest findings on the last generation of jehovah's witnesses and the conclusion that if the watchtower is right, then god missed the boat by sending jehovah's witnesses to start their preaching work over 100 years ago.. http://jwinfoline.com/documents/prophecy/last_generation.htm.

  JW 'urban legends'

  i was thinking about some of the old jw urban legends that we grew up with and believed in as jws.

  most of the ones i remember revolved around stories about demons, and jws being "attacked" when they would do something wrong.

  some of these legends scared the crap outta me when i was little.

  Oh my God that sounds so Dam Good, I love that kind of food Ummm. I like avacodos and sour cream all done up with a can of mushroom stems and slices in it with seasonings and a lot of chips, its a regular meal. ohh for a real taste sensation add some baby shrimp in it, Umm yummie bummie.
