Could someone direct me to the site where we get to watch these videos before the congregations do?
Only way im stepping foot inside a Kingdom Hall again is to cover the walls in petrol before i light it up.
i heard that there is supposed to be a video shown in all congregations this week, preempting the local needs part .
.
anybody heard this?.

i dont know if this is becoming a national thing or even globally.
but im hearing more and more people i knew from my jw days have taken their kids out of school to home school them instead.
in my sisters case she's taken her 8yo and 6yo children out already and her 3yo wont ever start a school.

In my sisters case she's taken her 8yo and 6yo children out already and her 3yo wont ever start a school. It gets me worried. Educating children is a specialized field. Not everyone can do it or is up to it. I dont know how my sister is doing it. When i asked my sister why she's taken her children out she replied "The world is so bad now. And they wont finish school anyway because armageddon will be here by then". I reminded her that we both said that in 1989 when we were their age.
I heard yesterday that two families from my old congregation have taken their kids out of school too.
Going to mainstream school is, in my opinion, a must. Not just because they have actual trained educators that will teach our children, but also the child learns social skills with classmates in the playground and makes friends.
i know i am, to me its a bit of a peculiar anomaly that the wts is still around and functioning in reflection of its decades and now complete century that the wts has been bullshitting to people .
organizations like the church of god have shrunk dramatically from its heyday of the 1980's, this too was another organization that spread and grew by publishing its own magazine proclaiming a armageddon soon doctrine and its main publication was called " the truth " .
i'm guessing some of this has to do with the fact that people who get lured into this cult aren't aware of its past, its doctrines, the people who started it and so forth.
I think people are just coasting a long now, especially the younger generation. The older ones have invested too much time and energy to call it quits. From my own experience, i can see a number of ones a few years younger than me that are just waiting for their parents to die so they can stop going to the meetings. I look at my old KH and wonder who is going to be the next elders? There's very few young ones and virtually no young people are being converted.
Was speaking to my ex yesterday while we were taking our daughter to a hospital appointment. It struck me that i never noticed before how often she uses the phrase "we're not allowed..." or "are we allowed such and such?"
Allowed? You're a grown woman. Decide for yourself.
a rather bizzare situation, this morning.
i was taking my daughter to the park, as i walk past a row of shops a car horn beeps and shouts me.
i turn round and see a car in a disabled parking space with a guy who used to go to my hall smiling and waving to me.

I turn round and see a car in a disabled parking space with a guy who used to go to my hall smiling and waving to me. I approached an made pleasantries. This guy hasn't been to a meeting in over a year. He's very nice all the same. First thing he says to me is "i hear you've fell away now?" i said yes and that i don't believe it anymore. He then started to preach to me about "the truth" and "you know its the truth" and "people are imperfect, we all make mistakes".
I explained about the royal commission, he had no idea what i was talking about.
I explained that i strongly disagree with shunning and he said "at the end of the day Jesus died for us". I said thats all very well but that doesn't me the JW's have the truth. Catholics, Protestants, Lutherans, Adventists etc all believe in Jesus. He started to go on a bit about how i should read more of the JW books. I said i have and that's precisely what made me leave.
I didnt want to argue, because he's actually a really nice fellow. So i said it was nice to see him and asked what he's up to today. He said "im just taking the wife shopping. Parked up here to put a bet on (we were outside a book makers)" - the irony!!
Said our goodbyes, shook hands and i left.
Most bizarre. He's committing a DFing offense right there and still preaching to me?
today a main point in the wt was a guess game.. the study elder asked: .
what's wrong on the picture?.
before i share the local conclusions here, i would like to hear the comments made in your congregation 😎.
"There you go Tony Morris!! Are you happy now?!! Im wearing a goddam Zoot Suit for crying out loud!!"

looks like they know they're being exposed as the frauds they are.
this plus the theme of the next convention "don't give up" just reeks of desperation.. stash: /intesoft-inc.appspot.com/post/b21fe47ca2644a0ea2f6e28fe6401145.html
If I was in charge of a cult and was being exposed as a fraud I'd probably tell them beforehand that they're about to hear lies about me and not to believe it.
id also tell them that we're so close to the end now... and maybe hold a convention called Don't Gibe Up!

jehovah's witnesses mobilize global response to threat of ban in russia.
march 21, 2017. https://www.jw.org/en/news/releases/by-region/russia/jw-mobilize-global-response-to-threat-of-ban/.
new york—threatened with an imminent ban on their worship in russia, jehovah’s witnesses are responding with a direct appeal to kremlin and supreme court officials for relief through a global letter-writing campaign.
i just picked my little girl up from her mum. She was having dinner in a restraunt with other JWs. I finished work early and walked right in and up to their table. They began to have pretend conversations or got their phones out to text (how rude!)
i asked my ex has it been announced about the letter campaign to Russia? She said no but she asked her dad (elder) and he told her it will be announced soon and how did she know?
I then asked the whole table "have you all written you letters to Mr Putin yet?" - No reply. Eyes down.
My ex said is isn't sure wether she will do it. Because it sounds like, in her own words, "a strange request".
are you seeing what im seeing?.

Are you seeing what im seeing?
few minutes ago, i was at eharmony.
one lady said at her profile that she is passionate about serving jehovah.
she is like 67 years old!
Why is she looking for a partner? How selfish of her to be thinking of herself instead of Gods Organization.
Here's the kind of thing she should be thinking:
"If you are looking for a new spouse, you also need to face the fact that you will never date and marry
in this present system of things. Why not? Because all the evidence in
fulfillment of Bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due
to end in a few years. If you are in thinking about marrying, it means at least two or more years to find, date and finally marry. But where will this system of things be by that time? It will be well on the way toward its finish, if not actually gone!"
