giving a baby shower is ok as well as gift giving—- but only once!

if i go to the jw website and then afterward to say this website, is it likely that the jw website has then tracked what websites i go to after visiting theirs?.

i don't know how cookies work btw .

When you go to JW.bORG the cookies on your system are available to some extent and demonstrate where you’ve been.

I imagine that so many elders have no idea about that, and they go to porn and then JW.bORG and viola... the CO is counseling against porn.

don’t know if it was part of the script.. at the memorial the remark about growing annointed numbers including this numbers from 2015 to 2017 was made (from 13.000 to 18.000+).. reason for the growing numbers could be:.

- feeling annointed because of former believe.

- psychical reasons.

thus, its weight could not have been carried entirely, but rather it had to be dragged.. get a log with no crosspiece, one substantial enough to nail a man to, and try to drag it through town.

try to get a hold of it without it sliding out of your grip.

Wearing a cross, to me, is sad and speaks to a false faith.

Jesus was almost certainly “lifted up” on a cross, because that was the Roman method.

And if a cross was used today as a symbol, or a fish as some have used, as a reference, then it is just a method of communicating that what lies beyond it is connected to Christ.

But that is not why Catholicity involves the wearing of a cross. Catholics wear a cross in a superstitious way, like people wearing garlic to chase away evil spirits. And they used other idols, Mary dolls etc, for the same superstitious reason.

I personally am fully convinced, by the Scriptures and by history, that Jesus was “lifted up” on a timber with a crossbeam.

I am also fully convinced that wearing a cross is not Christian. It’s superstition.
