Would there, or would there not be, lawsuits if they took away the blood transfusion ban?

i have heard or read, many times by many exjw's, that the org does not remove the blood transfusion ban because it would be crippled by the resulting lawsuits the minute that "new light" was made official.i am not a lawyer, but i would like to know what legal opinion lawyers have on that.on what legal basis would there be a lawsuit?

"i am suing the watchtower because my relative died because of a rule they had but no longer have"?am i missing something?.

wt hierarchy leaders don't give a damn if people take blood or not

they've shown they don't care about people

the reason they keep the "no blood" thing (despite "allowing" blood via "fractions")

is because they get a profit off pushing blood fraction products and devices

they have stock in big pharma

and they are in bed with the un as regards the w.h.o. agenda thing

(they want to please the un so they can get into more countries and take $$ from poor people)

it's the same reason they pushed the covid vaccine

they got money for promoting it

the hlc/his are like drug reps who know more about "blood fraction" products/devices than most pharmaceutical company reps

wt leaders are using the local brothers as free labor to promote products for an ungodly purpose

here is an article about wts/jws regarding religious recognition in lithuania.

it says it may not be granted at the level the wts applied for partly based on rejecting unarmed alternative service rather than being "drafted.

" can you read it and tell me you come to the same conclusion?

anyway, the "international legal provision on freedom of religion or belief" has limitations

watchtower has proved they are not covered by those "international legal provisions" since they are in breach of the "safety" part, the "order" part, the "morals" part, the "health" part, and the "protection of the rights and freedoms of others" part

Re-activate me?

there was a knock at my door and i thought it was my take-away being delivered.. long story short, it was 2 elders calling to see me.

i guess to re-activate me.

once they said who they were i recognised them.

i never stood up in the hall and said anything about the situation

i had sent emails to my friends asking them for help and warning them about stuff going on in the congregation

and the elders got mad about it

said i wasn't allowed to tell my friends what was going on

back before i got disfellowshipped, it was during covid zoom meetings

they got mad at me for turning off my audio/video during the elders prayers

(even though other people have their audio/video off all the time)

they could tell i disconnected audio/video to make a statement

and it really irritated the co when he came to visit

i had been begging him to help with the situation

i had reached out to other elder bodies in the circuit and at bethel

but they don't care about protecting the flock

only about prominence

that's why they got so mad that i disconnected my audio/video during their prayers

it was like i wouldn't do an act of worship to them

i have never disrupted a meeting

here is what i have done: i have said hello to people after being disfellowshipped (jehovah didn't shun me or disfellowship me and i didn't talk during the meeting but i did say hello to people before and after because i am not ashamed of keeping integrity)

i have hugged friend in the kh after being disfellowshipped

i raised my hand to comment when someone dropped a mean comment about me during their bible highlights (about wicked apostates or something) and then when the speaker said "does anyone else have a comment about this week's bible reading?" i raised my hand because i did have a comment, even though i knew they wouldn't call on me - i was being honest, i really did have a comment

after getting told my privilege to attend is revoked, i stood across the street outside that kh with a sign that said "jehovah's united family" with big hearts on it and i waved to the "friends" i'd known for decades since the elders wouldn't let me in

i only did that once though and it was after they revoked my "privilege"

i wanted to protect the people in the KH from getting hurt they way i got hurt

elders don't like it when you tell the truth about one of their own

the bethel guys really don't like it
