Would there, or would there not be, lawsuits if they took away the blood transfusion ban?

i have heard or read, many times by many exjw's, that the org does not remove the blood transfusion ban because it would be crippled by the resulting lawsuits the minute that "new light" was made official.i am not a lawyer, but i would like to know what legal opinion lawyers have on that.on what legal basis would there be a lawsuit?

"i am suing the watchtower because my relative died because of a rule they had but no longer have"?am i missing something?.

If this is what they're up to, they're going to have to eventually address the dilemma of the 144,000 being annointed/Jesus' brothers, and stop 🛑 any memorial attendees from partaking.

they already do that to some of the 144,000

when i first told the cobe i was anointed, he said "you're mentally ill"

they physically brought me to the dr and told the dr they thought i was crazy

when i flushed the pills (i am not mentally ill) the cobe beat me with a wooden plank

he told me to strip off my clothes first

after that i never partook at the kh but i knew every year i was supposed to

finally twenty years later i told the other elders what the cobe and his wife did

because some other stuff happened and i was worried they would hurt some kids

the gb knew what went on because mark sanderson's secretary came to one of my "shepherding" calls - he was from my kh

anyway, there is a lot more to say but many people here don't believe in jehovah so no matter what i say someone will call me "crazy"

however, the scarcity and insignificance of the responses to the challenge of sectarianism create the impression as if, for some unknown reason, the historical churches would avoid this challenge.

they usually satisfy themselves with emphasizing the dangers of sectarianism and the sweeping condemnation of sects - which, although often true, does not delve into the depths of the phenomenon; and does not help those who it is intended for to understand; or they point to the heretical nature of individual sects, the distortions in their teachings, their lack of catholicity, and usually do not omit the self-critical observation that in terms of trust and faith, community, and devotion, we too can learn a lot from them.

wt publications compare blood transfusion to rape

if a transfusion of whole blood from one stranger is like one rape

then choosing to take a blood fraction product is like choosing gang rape

choosing to put a buku mega-multi-pack of strangers' bodily fluids into yourself or your kid

wt-leaders at the top are motivated by darkness

they know the blood fraction products are worse than the whole blood transfusions

they know

that's why they push those products

all the while making profits off the stock they hold in the big pharma companies that make the blood fraction products

and tricking the j-dubs into thinking they're getting "good medicine"

it's so sad

most of the harvesting centers are placed in the "bad part of town"

usually with the gun pawn shops and places where hookers hang out and corner drug dealers sit

when you drive by, most of the people waiting to go in or going in look all strung out or like they haven't had access to a shower for months

they also put them near where recent refugees are moved to

it's so bad

to get to the hospital near where i live you have to pass by one of the plasma harvesting places

it makes me sick whenever i drive by there

all the advertising about them makes them look all "happy and shiny" but it's so nasty

what's funny is that most people who take those "blood products" probably wouldn't even talk to most the people they're getting the products from if they saw them on the street or in the supermarket or if those people were lying passed out on the ground in the city no one would do a thing to help them

but they'll take their blood "to save little susie from leukemia"

(but then little susie dies anyway - and nobody thinks maybe it's because of the yet undiscovered illnesses spread by taking compilations of 1000+ different other peoples' fractions of bodily fluids and sticking them in her arm)

i try to stay as far as i can away from those "medical practice" people

i don't want them to "practice" on me and my family

some of them are worse than the wt-leaders
