I Ended my Bible Study

i ended my bible study today.

several months ago, i began to feel that the truth was not the truth.

as the months progressed, my feelings intensified.

Wise move 👍. I tried to end my study 25 years ago, was coerced into baptism and here I am all this time later still trying to figure out how to leave officially without losing a number of relatives. They are a high control corporation that encourages it's members to shun anyone who decides to leave/disassociate (relatives or not)

Totally understand. I'm in the same predicament with my wife. I've gone through everything with her, but her social circle is too big within the Borg. So she and my daughter still attend. Best not to pressure your husband as you will only get frustrated. It's very hard to move on. It impact families the world over

Yep sir Morris, now you know what judgementalism, intrusion, scrutiny, invasion of privacy and of course feelings if guilt actually feel like.

That is the culture of the watchtower organisation. Rank and file members experience this on a daily basis.

Personally, I have no problem with bro Morris buying a trolley full of whiskey, I love whiskey myself. However, it's the fact that one of the most hard-line leaders of this high control organisation is seen buying so much liquor is what raises eye brows.

Top Shelf Tony has excellent taste in scotch. I have never spent $90 on a bottle and I could as I haven't taken a vow of poverty and am gainfully employed. Which now makes me curious to try this MacCallan $90 on sale

Me too 😎. Has Tony Morris inadvertently advertised Maccallans whiskey among pimo, faded and ex jdubs? I too am itching to buy a bottle, being a whiskey lover myself. Could I just state for the record that I would only get one bottle due to finances and avoiding any clashes with the good lady 😂
