duran...I can see the countries giving their power to the wild beast. I think 193 countries have signed onto the 2030 agenda. ( not taking time to verify that.) but I am qutie sure Babylon the Great was identified as the world empire of false religion. So then maybe the thought behind the statement is when the nations give the power to the UN, then it destroys Babylon the great ( religion ) Again, I guess I need to find a clip of the talk to get the context.

the destruction of Babylon the Great will be all countries willingly giving power to UN....I thought Babylon the Great was the Empire of False Religion what was going to be destroyed. Maybe I will see a clip somewhere for context of the statement because from where I am sitting "all countries" and "world empire of false religions" are two different animals so to speak. Not knowing details of the annual meeting, I do speculate the reason for delayed letter, is they will be changing something up that will cause concerns, and so the letter is to instruct the elders how to gaslight the rank and file into mindless obedience and acceptance.

my two cents I earned wearing a tin foil hat: I believe the weather has been manipulated. I have seen two different ideas as to why Helene was directed to where it caused so much devastion. One is because the powers that be want to create so much havoc people who might vote red won't be able to get to the polls. The other is because of the large lithium deposit and a special quartz found only in that area that is used in computer chips- so it is about a land grab. I think either is plauable and maybe even killing two birds with one stone. At any rate, there seems to be a large effort to destroy this country as we know it and I believe the end agenda is to bring in their "new world order" and contro everyone. It hasn't been much publicised but the UN got in the backdoor so to speak and the UN pact for humanity it to play out and the nations are to be on board by 2030. I may try to find the video Dr Sherry Tenpenny presented about this. Scary stuff.
So back to topic at hand, they deliberately want to undermind and destroy to bring themselves into harmony with agenda 2030 ( which will include depopulation )
