Its followers worship Sophia as both divine female creator and counterpart to Jesus Christ. According to Gnostic beliefs, Christ was conceived of as having two aspects: a male half, identified as the son of God, and a female half, called Sophia, who was venerated as the mother of the universe///////// I don't think so...just a sly way to show their spiritistic underbelly...google the goddess Sophia...she is considered goddess of rebirth, wisdom, creator, so why of all names in the world, would WT choose Sophia? They have to give you clues.

Broadcasts, Are they just a distraction?

the recent broad casts about not handing in time sheets, and then about beards, especially the beards, it seems so trivial, are those talks only released in order to distract the followers from the recent court case they lost on spain, from the csa cases, the kh sales and so on?.

i reckon they're taking their lead from the media, distract and divide tactics..

he shows clips of various people starting to get involved in various religions and they are all saying basically the same thing- a feeling coming over them and that is how they knew they had found the truth...very interesting!

the first experiences are of jw, but other religions follow if you watch the 2 videos.

The religious experiences cover from Buddah to Wiccan and others...anyway, you have this variety of religions, but there seems to be a "spirit" that draws people in so they all reach the same conclusion, having had similar experience. Weird!!

distraction...I never thought of that...I think it is part of their control tactic...look what the last update brought. They don't want to be out of sight and out of mind....keep center stage so they can assure you:"we love you verrry much"

just back from renovating my holiday home in the south west of france.

beats yorkshire anyday.... anyway thought i would share this little account with you.. as most are of you are aware, the alarm code for about 90% of kingdom halls is 1914 (nineteen fourteen).. i t seems though that for the last 8 or 9 quick builds or refurbs in the uk, the brother who installed the numbers into the alarm control panel used the numbers 1975 and explained the number as one nine seven five not the the easier version (ninteen seventy five).. trivial joke or honest mistake, either way this poor brother has been rumbled and has to to meet with 2 elders investigating on behalf of a body of elders to see whether an apostasy charge will be brought.. he is supposed to be meeting with them over the next few days.. .

a very sad jem, who is sick of the whole elder abuse game.

I was watching a video about WT and money and the "brother" refers to the "spirit directed organization." He also says they use donations wisely and modestly. Are the GB so deluded and therefore their followers? How does an organization claim be be spirit directed and not inspired by Holy Spirit at the same time? How is persuing endless lawsuits wise and modest use of donations? ( of course the R and F won't likely learn about the lawsuits as they have to obey these deluded leaders.)

..."why hard to break free" ....I just watched a video where a testing of people were done. They were given math problems and a faulty calculator. They were to compare their answers with the calculators. 33% went along with the faulty calculator. That same video mentioned 66% of children raised as JW leave but there is the 34% who stay in. Interesting video.
