  may need some help soon

  ok so i send my father a letter telling him several reasons i do not believe the witnesses are jehovah's organization.i also told my father at the end of the letter that i was setting some boundaries once and for all.

  that i would not be emotionally blackmailed or verbally abused anymore that if he wanted to talk to me as a father then i welcome that and if he can't do that then i do not wish to comunicate with him.

  i sent it about a week ago and was waiting for all hell to break loose but nothing happend.

  i even hate to use that word worldly tm.. any way i'm probably the worst.. 1 when the jw s come to my door i say i'm not interested .

  2 i have gone to many churches and volunteered.. 3 i shredded all my jw books and magazines out in the woods.. 4 had the mormon elders over and studied with them.. 5 tried pot (its legal here).

  6 open carry my fire arm every where (legal here also).

  Don't get me wrong, I'm not running from the JW cult to another man made religion, but...err...I went to a catholic mass (wow, did I really say that?) with my youngest daughter, simply because she was curious and WANTED to experience it! Guess what? Everybody was relaxed and humble. Everybody drank coffee afterwards without condemning anyone or any religion. No bull$%#t about 1914, preaching hours, the end that is near, not one single FALSE prophecy! It was a relief, there were hardly any images to see in that church and a women did the lecture!!! Made more sense than ever, just love and a message of a humble Christ, who never lost hope and never gave up. Simple, direct and without the "deeper things" that only...caugh... the GB...caugh... understands.

  And guess what? I am playing Super Street Fighter II again (looooved that game back in the 90's).

  And guess what? In march, I will visit my first heavy metal concert after 20+ years! Feeling young again!

  Told too much already, better quit now...lol

  was a man made date when jesus came and that a generation is not 102 plus years.. why not say something like this.when the disciples asked jesus for a sign and the end of the age.jesus gave them a composite sign and said all these things will take place.when-before the people now living(at the end of the age which no one knows)have all died..

  1914 is still standing, did you forget how the light keeps getting brighter?

  Remember how God speaks about 120 years in Genesis 6:3?

  1914 + 120 = 2034!!!

  Don't you think Genesis 6:3 is a prophecy for our time?

  Oh, and last but not least... it's perfectly compatible with the overlapping generation!

  i wanted to stay off the radar but since i'm getting dis-fellowshipped anyways and have no plans to come back what the hell.

  been 22 years in the truth........... ahhhh i hate to use that expression...... bad habit but you know what i mean.

  Decluttering Swedish Watchtower books

  i've been doing a lot of deep de-cluttering and came across some watchtower books i had stashed away and forgotten about.

  they belonged to my grandmother and came to me through my father's estate.

  just wondering if they would be useful to anyone.. sanningen som leder till evigt liv - truth book '69.

  How many killed by the 5 Cholera pandemics during the 1800's?

  on this website, under “did the last days start 1914” ---> “pestilence”, it says:“during the 1800's five cholera pandemics killed around 100 million people.” .

  there is no link to any source of info, so i emailed paul and asked where i can verify that total number?

  Thank you all and of course Paul from jwfacts himself for helping me with that. I will check Jonsson's book online, their are a lot of articles and excerpts from him, I used his 607vs587bce stuff already before. I'm using this kind of information during my current fade/inactivity to throw some bait here and there and to resist the myth that our days are the worst of mankind. I wouldn't be happy if "they" from their ignorant JW side, could accuse me of misquotations either.

  a very close friend of mine has gotten his letter.

  although he was planning to leave willingly, he told me that he can't help but feel a sense of being stabbed in the back by a bunch of self righteous traitors.

  he gave tours for years, always telling the visitors "this is the best way of life, i would never change anything here and i'll never regret making this decision to come here.

  Thank you for sharing this Gilbeath. I live in Holland, but I can feel the anger over here!

  Just like the WashTower's cleaned up version of their own history, the R&F witnesses never get to see the inner workings of Bethel a place filled with nepotism, politics and lots of homosexual activity.

  I don't know his plan, but I hope he writes a book. Could you ask him to do that or something like that, or share his experiences here with us? Never mind if he doesn't, I'm just a nobody, but like Raymond Franz, insiders know best.

  You all know JWfacts (run by Paul Grundy). On this website, under “Did the Last days start 1914” ---> “Pestilence”, it says:“During the 1800's five Cholera pandemics killed around 100 million people.”

  There is no link to any source of info, so I emailed Paul and asked where I can verify that total number? I can't get any higher than tens of million using wiki, but I probably overlooked something somewhere
  

  I got an auto-reply. It partly said: "As much as I wish to respond personally to each message, I am unable to keep up with the volume of emails, and in particular some of the enquiries that require detailed responses."

  So anyone...can you please help me to verify this?

  back in my teen years this story swept through jw land, that according to, the guinness book of records , freddy franz, was listed as one of the seven, most intelligent , men in the world.

  dose anyone else remember this?

  i remember trying to look it up, but never found anything in print, and ii point that out once or twice , and was told a co, had told about it, and he wouldn't lie!
