  Cart work faces headwinds.

  my little bethel bird has whispered in my ear some encouraging news.

  it has been reported to the canadian branch that some witnesses doing cart work had police stop them from carting in public parks.

  the direction sent to the southern ontario congregations is to cease carting until further notice.. this is no joke.. have a jw-free day..

  The carts used to be seen in all the busy parts of London—now not so much if at all in the West end. I used to look out for them to go ‘JW baiting’ but my sport is gone-- perhaps that’s why they have gone!! -- but more likely for breaches of planning and public safety.

  Half Banana, that was exactly my observation during my short two day trip to London recently. Being a "normal" tourist, I was mentally prepared for and looking forward to some real nice chats with JW' s but nada, not a single one, no D2D, no cart witnessing... absolutely nothing.

  And to think it was ME that was looking for them in a world capital city. I was like... WTF is going on here man...are they afraid and hiding now or something???

  What Perry said (termination of elders by Caesar's sword) might really eat up the bOrg from inside, but I don't see any proof that it's happening...yet! I DO expect this will happen in the future so I read Terry's words more in a prophetic sense.

  In this scenario, an implosion, not an explosion, might seriously weaken BorgVader's DeathStar.

  On the other hand, BorgVader might prevent total destruction of the DeathStar if he would introduce sneaky new light that would enable sisters to get more responsibilities. Many sisters are more intelligent that brothers and many are very, very loyal!

  This war ain't over yet...

  Dutch House of Representatives formally requests the government to start an investigation re. JW child abuse

  today the dutch house of representatives unanimously voted to petition the government to start an investigation into jw child abuse issues.. the request from the house of reps. came after jw nl refused to listen to repeated and serious requests from the government to start an independent investigation themselves.. now it's up to the government to either accept the request by the house of reps. and start an investigation, or refuse to do so and explain to the house why.

  it appears the minister of justice is not unwilling to start an investigation though.... collection of dutch news items here.

  Thanks for sharing Anders. Again, me and my fellow WT watchers (both inside and outside the congregation) were delighted regarding this important next step since minister Dekker wrote his first letter in december 2017. Let them sceptical jw's and abuse deniers sweat some more and wake up! Challenging Caesar is one thing, dealing with the concequences another... Rom. 13:1

  Thanks Barbara! We heard the good news last evening and immediately called a few "insiders" (pimo & pomo) to ask if they'd heard it as well. They had.

  This is the next step we have been waiting for in The Netherlands. I'm so glad for the victims. Bethel (located at Emmen) rejected an independent investigation and also refused to contact Reclaimed Voices, this in spite of recommendations of minister Dekker on behalf of the victims. Cruel, isn't it? Well, it certainly pissed off the parliament, as we all could read in the media since May 23. This seems to be the result of their ongoing insane and hypocrytical WT policies. They even had a visit from a governing body member to inform them about the matter. Bad advice without a doubt. I've seen it coming but the Borg leaders obviously don't give a f%€k. They know Romans 13:1 but seem to think it doesn't apply to them...ouchhhh!!

  And to think the Dutch brothers and sisters are praying for Russia!
