What is the alternative to JW?

i mean this with all due respect, i would like to hear from genuine people who think jw have it wrong and then what is the truth?.

im not talking about silly little quibbles here and there.. is jehovah real?

What love have you experienced so deeply from them? If you have experienced this unprecedented love, why are you here? I have experienced individual love from them. But as a whole, I have seen that the more intimate JWs get with each other, the more they start to eat each other. All that condescending judgement, pious facade and conditional love really ate at me to the point where there was no alternative other than to puke them out of my life. You can only be a brainless yes-man in that organization for so long, but go ahead and give it a try! Maybe you are the personality type that just loves to lap all that stuff up! Hopefully not.

When you travel around the world and visit other congregations you soon see this is the only organisation that has love amongst themselves.

No other org has love between balcks and whites, asian, indian whatever, all around the world in all the nations.

If there is another org who does please say it here, maybe I missed one.

No, actually we don't. Why force a translation of a name that even Jesus never used? If it was so important to make a modern, hybrid version of the tetragrammaton why didn't Jesus do so in his day? Where is the written record of him using the divine name? Why not just call god "father" or "Lord"? Truth shouldn't have to be forced or manipulated or modernized to fit the agendas of men. If god does indeed exist, then he/she/it knows who he/she/it is no matter what name/title you choose to call he/she/it.

Well thinking about it I never really use my fathers name, I always refer to him with titles because he is my Dad.

If somebody calls their father by his name then they are not that close to him, more like estranged children call their dad by their name.

Edit: What a load of rubbish, Jesus did use the divine name man many times. for example he said it is Jehovah your God you must worship and him alone,

This is just another example of bitter people making things up.

Changes and why

so far these are all the recent changes i know of, please add more if i have missed anything.. 1. all construction projects have either been stopped or reduced.. 2. all bethels are downsizing by at least 20% within one year of the announcement, and almost certainly more in years to come.. 3. remaining belelites will have to make their own food, do their own washing and cleaning.. no more laundry department, no more kitchen and waiters, no more housekeeping!.

and you still only get 80 per month, but no rent or bills, and food will be provided in the family fridge but you have to prepare it yourself.. as to why, it has been said several times officially its not because of a lack of funds, but how could that possibly be the truth?.

Im surprised nobody has posted about one of the largest ew changes, the new reporting system.

So it seems placing literature is not so important anymore, now that we live in a digital age.

We are being pushed to show videos instead. This is the new reporting from next month, just hrs and ANY literature placed in one box and then how many videos you showed in another box.

Big changes for sure.

So, what does a person DO up at any of those places ? if I remember correctly, there was an announcement made years ago that they were not taking any more applications for persons to go to bethel, so who goes and why if all funding for projects are being cut? for all that matter they never needed printing facilities, they could have paid a company to print stuff up for crying out loud and never built a factory for printing. Ive always been confused by all that whole purpose of that big complex in new york and wallkill

Its the largest printing organisation on earth, in the most languages by far. They couldnt pay someone to print that much in that many languages, well whoever took on such a large job would need branches as large as all the Bethels around the world.

But since tablets are becoming more widespread, less printed material needs to be printed.

We are encouraged now to be totally paperless at the meetings, songbook bible study material everything on the electronic screen instead of paper.

Thus the cutbacks on printed material and then all the support departments.

Most bethels around the world will just be translating work and the support departments they need, but much smaller now its mostly electronic.

Interesting....the publishing sectors expenses are so amazingly close to the "income"......how do they sleep at night....what a travesty...and they get away with taking off millions and nobody has a clue where it all goes. Then they proceed to rip off the locals and take over all their buildings and funds. Crooks.

can you expand? So we already know their outgoings are more than their income, thus all the cutbacks.

I hear in NY Bethel all the brothers and sisters are getting 'trained' to clean their own rooms and do their own laundry.

Many housekeepers have already been kicked out, the last ones will be gone soon.

Did you actually read any of the 60 replies?

I read many great replies, people actually taking some of their time to explain some shit for you, trying to help you use your brain.

And you come back with "blah blah Jehovah lives in a WT blah blah"....

Go back to the Kingdom Hall, you will fit right in.

Yes I read all the replies, and have dug very deep, I would guess more than you.

Im really trying to get to the truth, Im on a mission to get to the bottom of it all.

There have been no replies to come up with one thing that shows JW org are further from the truth than any other option.

Yes I know you can find fault if you look hard enough, believe me I have looked very hard.

Yes there have been mistakes made, and imperfect humans will no doubt make more mistakes in the future.

But I now believe the entire Bible is Gods word, and that Jehovahs Witnesses are closest to the truth that anybody else. Far far closer than anybody else understanding of the bible.

Once again, what is the alternative? I know there are many here who strongly believe they JW's are wrong, so please sum up what is the alternative?

For example, when Jesus said "this is how you can identify my true followers, those who have love amongst themselves" which other organisation apart from JWs can also say that, in almost every nation around the world?

I dont think anybody else, but I could be wrong please give some alternatives?
