It Doesn't! Only desperate Lonely people end up converting these days. Or the mentally unstable. The only real growth is in the people from underdeveloped countries with a Low education and poor access to the internet. I just hope those people can eventually wake up faster than in took us in the developed world and really put the WT in a strangle Hold! Those charlattan's in da Tower preying on Less fortunate people.

How The Watchtower Organization Is Like Walmart To Their Employees!
by Bubblegum Apotheosis inon your very first day on the job with walmart, you will be provided with information on obtaining "food stamps" access to "medicaid" because you are young and won't need to make more than minimum wage, you won't qualify for all those great government bennies if we pay you more!.
the watchtower tells their youth and followers of all ages, to work the least, so you can spend all your time in field service.
most jobs that require little input pay close to nothing, don't provide health coverage or any kind of retirement plan.

the US for some reason has a very Cult Like mentality much more than other indultrialized countries. All of the "religions" Like mormon's, JW's, adventist's, Scientologists, etc etc. have come out of the States and they are also cult like with some of their corporations Like Walmart, Amway, etc.
Hence, the WT is similar to a Walmart but at least wallmart doesn't Warp people's mind's into cutting off family members if they no longer believe in the same fairy Tales they do.

A JW's Comment Regarding The Magazine downsizing
by Bangalore inon one of those pro-jw message boards there was a small discussion about the magazine downsizing.here is one comment that stood out.. .
though the special letter read, mentioned printing, paper and the cost of presses has led to a reduction in the number of pages in the public issues of the magazines, it makes me wonder- hummmm.
the message to the public will now be shorter - and more than likely more direct.

I know of a Super Brain Dead JW Zombie who told me "there are a Lot of changes going on with the org, something's happening, something Big, I can feel it" And ofcourse she believe's Big J is bringing the big A within a couple of years (damn! I wanted to see the 2014 world cup soccer games :( ) and cannot at all relate to what all of the changes really are: property sell offs, mag reduction's to what it really is: Basic Corporate Restructuring to Streamline operations to cut costs.

I personally know of at least 6 different sisters in my Hall that are on anti-depressants. And thats only of what I know. I wouldn't be surprised if that number was much higher like 50 to 60%. also, we had once suicide in our hall. He was a young man in his late 20's.
Very Sad.

And remember folks, these invisible people also see you when you're on the toilet. When I was a kid and was naive enough to believe that idiocy, it always bothered me when I was in the bathroom. So Silly..
The WT's are written for Nit Wits.

Those Elders must be very arrogant idiots to do something like that. Not Suprising. Quite a few of them are Uneducated D*ckwads! There are some Elder's that would have used more tact because they are respectful of the situation.
Sorry to hear that.
