I quit giving any money to these greedy S.O.B.'s some time ago. And I also "conveniently" have something else to do whenever they expect me to play janitor for free at the KH.

The Dubs and marraige
by William Penwell injust have to rant here for a bit.. i was on the phone earlier with my dub sister.
she was telling me how her daughter, my niece, just met a "nice man" (i take it he is a good dub), that things were going good and that if things go as plan they would probably be married this coming summer.
now this is after my niece just got out of a dysfunctional marriage of 20 years and their divorce was just finalized this last november.

I know what you mean. A person I know was constantly messing around with "worldly" women while married to a JW wife. Of course as a wealthy contributor to the local KH he got away with it and his wife got DF'd for leaving him.
He was introduced to and dating his next JW wife within two weeks. Married soon after. And promptly started fooling around on her too.
He was rapidly promoted to menstrual serpent, and now is an elder. still fooling around, and getting drunk regularly.

Is Watchtower Really A Real Estate Business?

so i showed them a web site, which they loudly proclaimed to be "apostate".
then i showed them the rest of the web site and asked how long the official jay dubya dot org web site was aligned with an "apostate" web site.. i hate to link that site but as it is somewhat covered up by the dubya's and it may be of some use in making someone think about the money grabs, and the constant begging for more money from those who have little of it for the necessities of life i do so here.

Yes, the person I showed that web site to proclaimed it to be an apostate site, because the Watchtower is not in the real estate business according to them. Then I scrolled down and showed them that it was indeed a real estate office and sales team located at WT headquarters. The address is under the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York Inc. It includes a link to the Jay Dubya dot Org site, and has a copyright of Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania (which I have been told is the official designation of the governing body).
It would appear all the comments that the Big Seven are raking in the $$$$$ to themselves are correct from this. IMO

CO visit; going to meeting.

my wife has asked me to go with her tonight to help watch our son since it's the circuit overseers visit...my wife wants to be able to pay attention and get something out of the meeting since our son is 1yr old he can be a handful some times.. a few things of note about the situation:.
- i'm going to the meeting no matter what.
