  at least at the moment it looks like no one is dead, but 6 injured (9:00 am pacific time 14 nov 2019).. i don't know if the school allows students to carry weapons, but many will think it would be a good idea for the students to carry concealed weapons to provide personal protection.. we shall see.. rub a dub.

  It isn't the guns that are the cause of these killings, its the psychological social environment that these young people are absorbed into.

  i don’t think many people truly appreciate what veterans have done for their country.

  i believe they should be given the best health care over any other group.

  members of congress have phenomenal health care.

  as jw elders what were the biggest frustrations we personally had?.

  i hated rank and file members who i couldn't humble..

  WOW LOTS!

  1. Other elders who thought they were genius' but could not speak coherently, wanted public talks and assembly parts but would NEVER do a last minute Bible Highlights cuz that was to hard.

  2. Elders who made elders meetings go an extra hour just because they had to hear themselves talk.

  3. Elder who already made their minds up in a Judicial Meeting and would of course dub themselves as the right hand of god - cuz we cant tolerate a 19 year old girl having sex.

  4. Elders who thought they were HotShit but at Elders School would proudly lift their arms to answer a simple question, and GET IT WRONG. Then go back to the congregation all puffed up.

  5. ANYONE ELDER who during a talk (especially at an assembly) who said something extemporaneously (cuz they just had outline notes anyway and didnt really prepare so it was all extraneous) get a compliment then GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to talk about HOW THEY DONT KNOW WHY THEY SAID THAT - and HOW ITS GODS HOLY SPIRIT!

  EVEN WHEN I WAS 100% IN that drove me crazy because what they are saying is that THEY ARE INSPIRED FROM GOD. I told one brother that - and he was a real arrogant bastard - and said we should all write what he said down cuz we may have to add it to the bible since it was inspired. He didnt appreciate that:)

  report and it shows the us ranks 37th in the world (tied with albania) for combined male/female life expectancy.

  the top 5 were japan, switzerland, singapore, israel and spain, all around 83 years.

  Here's an alternate point of view: what these statistics prove is that there is no (or little) correlation between the amount of money a nation has, and the life span of its citizens.

  Well that's not realy a valid point.

  speaking to a pimo from my hometown yesterday.

  he told me that in the watchtower study (10 nov 2019) regarding “the great tribulation” the elder on the platform said that there’s no need for jws to preach in every country in order to fulfil the prophecy, and therefore the org has already fulfilled that prophecy.

  and that there’s nothing else left to wait for now but for “the great tribulation” to come.. gasps of delight came from the audience.. has anyone else heard this?

  Canadians and Europeans, what do you think of your national health care ?

  we have been in a battle over health care for so long here in the us regarding public, private, gov't subsidized, obama care, medicare for all, and just about every permutation of the above.. we hear the horror stories here that people wait 20 years for a check-up (ok, bit of an exaggeration), but you get the point.

  one side tells us that canadians flock across the border when they are sick and need to see a doctor.

  the other side says that is simply not the case.. so tell us, if you live under one of the government systems would you replace it?

  Describe "basic" -- we do provide basic ++++ healthcare to those without insurance coverage at government (usually referred to as county) hospitals.

  Going to the emergency room is not Basic healthcare - and also the MOST expensive way possible to treat people.
