B.t.w., I noticed that Fox News has not enabled comments on any of its GameStop stories. I wonder whether it is because this issue is one where the views of its audience are diametrically opposed to the powerful business interests it normally aligns with, and Fox is trying to avoid upsetting either side.

What has happened in the past several hours is that it was revealed that Citidal the Hedge fund company that lost billions to the redditors, forced Robinhood and other to freeze trades and censure any messages on censure boards which is illegal. So some lawsuits have been filed against this illegal activity and the Hedge fund companies decided-------------------- to give Janet Yellen $800,000 dollars.

Why is this significant?

Because on November 30, 2020, President Joe Biden announced he would nominate Janet Yellen to serve as secretary of the Treasury in his Cabinet.

Now all of a sudden the SEC decided not to investigate the Hedge fund companies illegal activity.

Come to find out others in Political Positions of the current administration also have ties to the many Hedge fund companies who lost money.

So instead they are going to investigate the redditors who are average citizens that banned together to take the hedge companies down.

He creates and moves on to the next project.

The Bible deity Jehovah or YHWH is a man made construct. With emotions only humans can understand like jealousy, anger, Boastful, bully of the worst kind, picking on weak mortal humans, unforgiving personality, etc.

When the bible says YOU MUST NOT COMMIT ADULTERY, because it is a sin against God, but praises the wisdom of Solomon who had 1000 wives, or encourages and tolerated the "Having" of several wives like King David, etc, we can see that the dos and don't written in the bible are commands of men with a hidden agenda..

What the Redditors did to the hedge funds, is what the billionaires have been doing for years to the average citizens who invest and are hoping to save enough money for retirement.

What happened the past few days is many Americans have come to realize that investment in companies as a way to secure a safe retirement, is one of the biggest cons run by elites. And this includes Democrats and Republicans who are part of the con. The stock market is not a real, honest entity.

How many TRUE BELIEVERS do you think are left in the Organization?

i have a few jw relatives who are true believers.

by this i mean, they believe with all their heart that 1914 was the beginning of the last days, that this is the last generation, that we are in the very last of the last hour of this system of things, and that you should obey the governing body even if it does not make sense.

all of them are in their 60s and up into their 90s there is nothing you can say or show them to convince them or even cause a small doubt that the wt is not god organization.

"Loyalists" might be a better focus.
he 100% believer, or even high percentage believer, can be shown that their beliefs are rubbish, if they open their closed minds, and they will leave, if it was only that they thought it was "the truth" that keeps them in. The loyal follower, as with any Cult, will stay until the end.

That's an interesting perspective I never thought of.

So with that in mind we have three groups associated with the organization

Loyalists

Believers

And PIMOs

Leaving out children under 18 who have no choice but to stay in until they are old enough to leave.

PIMOs who are adults and know it's not the truth but still attend for whatever reason---Would they be consider Loyalists?? Since they still attend and support to a small extent? Does not matter how small or minimal the support is, -------it's still support for the WT organization.

It started with bundles of risky mortgages that were sold as investments and importantly, were used as collateral to borrow even more money. These sub-prime mortgages were deemed to be safer than normal by some shady grading practices, which allowed confidence to keep pumping them out. When house prices fell and the people who owned those mortgages defaulted on the loans, all of a sudden, the bundles of second and third grade, risky mortgages, upon which, so much money was speculated, fell apart and unraveled world markets. There are 'reputable' institutions- household names, that dont deserve to still be trading today and without government bail-outs, would have been long gone.
As an example, citigroup lost over $18 billion in 2008 and were given $45 billion in bail out money. The same year, they gave 738 of their employees a bonus of $1 million each. No-one went to jail, or lost their jobs for ineptitude- they were rewarded with tax payer money for failing.

That's exactly what happened. When we went over this in one of my finance courses, the thing that got everyone really angry, what the BAIL OUT AND BONUSES PAID OUT.

That's when I realized that the game was rigged!

The Stock for GME today was like riding a wild horse. The price went from 483 to 112 per share. You would think that nobody would buy a ONE share of stock for 483 dollars but I was wrong, The share volume for today was over 54 million shares that were bought and sold in a matter of hours.

There were some kids in their teens who had bought some of the stock when it was 18 dollars a share. and they were cashing in according to some posts.

The closing price was 193 dollars. So it seems like many just cashed out and made their money.

Many of the people making this money were those that had lost their jobs because of lock-down. They were forced to learn how to trade stock. They figured out how the elites manipulate the markets. Many of them are not going back to their old jobs because they created a Wall Street of their own.
